Huh? Air Canada Will Have Boeing 767 Flights Again?

- Your eyes are not deceiving you. Air Canada did indeed remove all its passenger Boeing 767s in 2020. It then converted some of the jets into freighters. The flag carrier's leisure-focused unit, Rouge, also withdrew its passenger 767s, with the final flights taking off in June 2020. But it's true: Air Canada will use the aging passenger type to fly to the US for the first time since 2020. It’s all thanks to wet-leased aircraft from US carrier Omni Air International.

Idk if that’s the case because they still have 19 787s on order. I think it’s about needing more capacity asap which they cannot get with brand new aircraft in the backlog.

Ironcally WestJet wet leased some 767's, but servicing them made them enconomicaly unviable and were rapidly replaced with 787's.
767 are great. The great thing about them are there are 4 aisle seats, 2 window seats and 1 middle seat. I like aisle seats and there is only one dreaded middle seats.
Some person on CZcams will probably video flying on this Boeing 767.
I would much rather take the 767 than get on the 737 Max!
Id rather the the 67 than the 220.
