Damp proofing membranes - caution.

Using membranes to control damp needs carefull thought. Bryan Hindle uses a site video from a survey in Leeds 21 (Otley), to highlight one of the potential problems.
Damp-proofing with membranes is useful and effective provided some care is taken.
