What are your wind and wave height/frequency requirements for when you go off shore? What inlet do you normally use? I have the same boat and I have loved it so far.
I love this boat and am considering this or the 234 Ultra. I don't understand why so many people consider this an "entry level" boat. How does this boat fish? Any plans to add a trolling motor?
Did you ever figure out the variable steering? I have the same boat and cannot get mine to switch from constant to variable in the lock to lock settings on the cl5.

I build boats. Trust me its worth it. Thats a nice boat. Plus, take into consideration that someday you will sell it, and there is no price for memories.
