- this time we raised a dibble to adult, but jeez, it was a task. there are so many dibbles sharing very less food. so, we did it on our own way and raised mostly solo.

@@da.mombie If both Deino and the prey are swimming, Deino can lunge 75% of it's weight ( so It can grab Animals up to 6 tons iirc)
Babu dibbles everywhere! They run so cute, i love it! 15:31 is my favorite part. The way the little baba kept running after you so sweetly and being all 'wait for me' was adorable. You're a gem for adopting them.

Mombie, when you fight for diablo,try to run and drift for him and do not turn around in place constantly and constantly run without letting yourself be bitten in the body or tail.And if you see cera or carno do not stay on the same place and attack them first.

The little horned potato. I love the reaction of the first Dibble you met. "Mombie? No way! Is it really you?!" Looks like they need to adjust the damage for subadults. The ceras that killed you were smaller than you and it looked like you did no damage to either of them. That tiny dibble running after you was adorable. Too bad we didn't get a full on deathmatch with the Carno. Glad you lived through the video.
the ceras were more close to adult than I was. I was only at about 50% growth. I also didn't hit them once for me it's way too early to judge. most people (incl. myself) don't even know how to play dibble properly by now. so, we will see. it doesn't feel like it is helpless. by now it feels like I have to figure out how to use it best I would have preferred to die in a big battle. but, as always, if you want a fight, nobody comes along

Great vid! Would love a future discussion on the topic of mutations 😁🧬 once you’ve had time to test em all out. I’ve read that Petit Pieds is considering banning “meta” mutation picks (cannibalism & own species dmg buff in particular) to prevent certain combat mutations from being overpowered and to protect the diversity of viable options. Would be cool to hear your opinion!
thx ♥ yeah, I might do a video about them someday. in general I don't think stats are very important in this game tho. what is it? 15% more damage to your own species? well, I NEVER was in the situation that a cannibal attacked my adult in a 1vs1. it were either two cannibals or one adult canni attacked my juvie/sub dino.
so, in fact they have mostly +100% (2 cannis) or +20-50% biteforce AND health (adult canni attacks me juvis/sub).

With how slow dibble turns, I feel like its going to become a good source of food for deinos. Even with good reaction time its so slow that I doubt you'd be able to out maneuver a lunge. I definitely think dibble should be able to open coconuts, somewhat like how an elephant uses its foot to crush open watermelon! But I also think teno should be able to tail slam them open. Why are they on our diet if we can't open them! As for getting them off the tree... maybe when we have the sparring mechanic we can 'spar' the tree to get coconuts off? 🤔How do you feel about dibble's movements and animations? I feel like they're still a little stiff and need a bit more work personally, but I've only watched others play and haven't tried it myself yet. Thanks for the shout out at the human structure really is such a cool spot! Happy you revisited it. Overall its good to see the potatoes back in the Isle!
I really don't like that. so many plants and some dinos like teno and now dibble need food which they can't reach or open ^^
honestly, I din't play enough to have an opinion by now. the "stun" after the alt attack seems to make you very vulnerable. but, in a 1vs1 it isn't that bad I guess. as soon as several predators circle around you, it will get tricky tho, I guess. time will tell

I cant believe people are waiting in these queue's of 90 people or more thats just crazy to me. Dibble looks fun though. It also looks like the dibbles back feet are on its tip toes whats th at about. When it walks or runs looks kinda funny like it is sneaking.

Ich fand die Strategie von den beiden Ceras bei etwa 6:32 ehrlich gesagt wirklich gut durchdacht.erinnert mich ein bisschen an Jurassic Park.Der eine Cera lief vor dir vorbei und hat dich abgelenkt und nur angestarrt und dann kam von hinten ein Cera von dem du gar nicht wusstest das er dort war,sozusagen Überraschungsangriff von hinten .So schade wie es auch ist aber dieses eine Mal haben sie sich den Tod deines Dibbles verdient 😂

Do not try to alt attack unless you predict it, dibble turns so slow!
instead, lure them to run to your butt, slide back to face them and hit them!

That's why I haven't played the Hordetest yet, all the Diablos on the map. I love new dinosaurs, but I hate the first couple of weeks of a new dinosaur. It was like that when dilo and herrera came out. The whole server was either one of the 2, and everyone was starving to death. I'll give it a couple more weeks, and if it's not the live branch, I'll try it. How was the performance with it?
Also, at 14:27, that wasn't a dryo, lol. That was a dilo. That's probably how you heard the footsteps. I'm curious about that mutation and will have to check it out. The game volume in your videos is usually pretty low, so I couldn't hear anything. But you knew something was coming each time.

sry mate, the horde test and my new job makes it quite difficult to be honest. didn't sleep much recently and have to push as best as I can. from next week on it should normalize again

Mooin, der dibble ist wirklich schön zu spielen der muss natürlich auch noch geballenst werden, wurde aber schön gemacht. Ich weiß nicht wie es bei dir war im Großen und Ganzen, aber der dibble ist irgendwie so schwer zu growen. Überall Canis und Camper die auf Jungtiere warten. Bei west rail acess campen sich ceras stegos und anderes vieh um alle abzuschlachten Das ist einfach nur schade
Außerdem einfach nur schade dass die Migrations Zone alle 5 Minuten switched und man immer halb am verrecken ist mit dem Dibble…
ich hatte eher ein problem die diet aufrecht zu erhalten. ansonsten nicht so viele carnis gesehen, naja, die zwei ceras und später die carnos, aber im großen und ganzen, eher kaum welche ich kann noch nicht mal sagen wie stark er ist. persönlich habe ich noch keine stil gefunden. denke die slide wende könnte nützlich sein. aber derzeit noch im ausprobier modus
