Muldoon at Arapiles | Pitch One

Muldoon is a classic beginner route at Mt Arapiles. With two pitches, it ascends several juggy overhangs and bulges. I've never done a route at this grade which was so featured and steep. It really is a must-do.

Thanks heaps for posting that. Many years since I've been to Araps and that bought back memories. Classic climb for the grade. Did you do Agamemnon as well, such great exposure at an easy grade.

I was really sweating about the lack of protecting around the left exposed section when I did it. Managed to find a nice spot for an RP in just before I committed to the section

Nice mate it’s a sweet climb. have a look at some double ropes if you get a chance. I know everyone says you don’t need them at Araps but they really make a difference on climbs like this and many others there

Yeah it's very steep for the grade
