I have moon in my 8th house ( leo) and I am Capricorn Ascendant with 1st and 2nd lord being saturn and saturn is in 2nd house. I must tell you that my childhood was fantastic and I share a mother like bond with my elder sister . My mom and I are more like a friends . I am not sensitive at all . Sir I Suggested the same remedy as you said to worship lord Shiva if moon is in 8th house, my friend is having this placement in 8th house and he is a moola born. I told him to do meditation to calm his mind and chant Om Namah Shivai while taking bath but he simply does not listen.
