Great Tip! I tried and it worked! Stickers stuck for more than 6x years were peeled off using hair dryer!!!

worked like a charm, my best friend of 12 years placed a sticker on my childhood bedroom door back in 2014 or 15, this sticker means allot to me and seeing as the house is being sold i didn't want to leave it behind, nor did i want to take the entire door, pairing this method with a razor blade I was able to successfully remove it non destructively and reapply it to my laptop

I completely forgot about the hair dryer method, thanks man! I used it to remove a nice image from and cigar box and it worked perfectly! . I taking it out so I can use the beautiful artwork on the outside of the box because I'm making it into a 3 string guitar

Worked really well to remove a large 30cm x 30 cm brand sticker frustratingly stuck to the second untreated rubber-wood bench top we bought for our laundry. I wish we’d watched the video before we tried removing the sticker from the first one!

You can use a bit of heat and a me clean magic eraser if there’s more goop in there
I use on my guitar. Its works . After this method i use car fuel on remaining sticky part and no side effects

What if you didn't use the heat and you got the residue? Do you get the residue off the same way?
Yes, use the heat to soften the residue and then roll the residue off with a finger. Should come right off.

I had to take a 20" warning label off a white painted headboard and using my hair dryer worked really well, otherwise I would have been picking with my thumbnail for hours!
