if youre a foodie like me who cooks alot, you could add some crem anglaise (custard made with egg yolks sugar and milk) to the mousse. serioulsy this is what makes ice cream taste different from just cream and sugar. amazing!

Hi Sara! For the banana ice cream, try adding a bit of honey or cinnamon to make it sweeter, I tried it and it worked!
