  • I spent two nights camping in the Gila National Forest. I was about 8 miles off the blacktop and on forest road 94. The first night got to the low 20's, but the Alde Heating System kept me nice and warm! Beautiful area to camp!

Stumbled across your channel. I have only been in the slide-in truck camping arena for 1.5 years. Bought one new from factory and had it shipped to me. LOL.

Over the Xmas holiday we camped for the week and while not as cold it was in the high 20’s at night. When we went to bed the battery was usually in the 95% range and by morning they were around 60% battery. We sleep with the camper around 59 degrees. Sure sounds like your batteries are getting old. We bought a $240 li-time. We also have a temp sensor on the battery and it doesn’t get that cold in the battery compartment. In any case sounds like you have a plan so have fun and be safe!

I run lithium. Love them. But I full-time up here in Canada 25 or so years now. Well worth the money

Got a pair of Redodo self heated 100ah lithiums for 650 shipped. Not nothing but not bad either. Having to expand my battery compartment in my new 620 but curious how it will work out. Also looking to expand solar too via a solar suitcase. It's a nice camper- super psyched to have gotten one. Thanks for all the videos.

Are the shades total blackout? Be nice for sleeping

What box is that you have under your back seat in the truck? :)

  • @auntlordy

Did you mount your generator yet?

  • @mikebillmann3048

I don’t understand why you’d need the Bluetti to charge your batteries? I have a 190 watt solar panel and I never have to do extra charging. Try turning some lights off. What else is your major power drain?

Dude, how much stuff do you need to go camping. Do you get time to do anything other than unpack and repack?
