To the beginners out there, I just want to say that it is better to follow how slowly she did it, do not worry about the speed yet. Its better to focus on hitting the correct notes first. The speed will naturally improve as you go on. Posting it here cuz I nobody told me this when I was first starting to learn. Goodluck on your piano journey! Also, massive thanks to this channel I am learning a lot! I hope I can buy your book soon!
