I find burgers more filling than salads but salads are mostly low in calories lol
it depends what the salad has. for it to be filling you need to put protein in it (salmon, steak, chicken, tofu) and hopefully some type of carbs (quinoa, chickpeas, toast)

I once had this super authentic Cesar salad before a huge steak dinner, I'm not a normally a big salad person really, but it was so good that I had another for my dessert. The chef said it was the best compliment he'd ever had.
