That voice acting was amazing. I thought it was the original dub for a second with car scene since his voice became so high. Then I realized that the original dub would have much much worse so it couldn't possibly be real.

So if you look up "detective conan episode list" you will see a link for detectiveconanworld. com. Go to that site and you will see every episode that involves the Black Organization marked as such.

Yeah, day to day Conan is very much a classic serialized detective story-of-the-week that, if you don't like that, you're pretty fucked. It's not even filler in a classic sense-- a lot of these stories were present in the manga serialization as well. Even the episodes list of important ones is 200 strong now. But the latest chapter on mangafox reveals the boss of the black org (Chapter 1008). I mean, for all we know this is a red herring reveal but the dude fits all the hints that Gosho has given through the years so it might be legit. So we might be nearly at the end, and it'll be much easier to narrow down mountains of filler when you absolutely know the end and so far we've kind of had a problem of including most significant things because it might include the relevant hints to the black org mystery. Heck, you'd completely miss the dude's early "appearance" (if one could call it that) if you only watched black org episodes period, though it is an episode on most people's "must-watch" lists.
It's actually kind of an inside joke. It played out the opposite way in the original. Rather than Conan asking him what he was working on and him replying that he was playing a game, the guy actually was trading stocks or something like that and Conan accused him of playing a game and asked him if he could play so that he could get a closer look.
