Small note when you mentioned that Risu's falsetto is child-like: That's actually just Risu changing her voice (this voiced is dubbed Risu while the rest of the song is sung in a deeper tone dubbed Ayunda). Risu streams mostly in that child-like type voice and can actually transition seemlessly between the 2 voice types while singing (demonstrated in her Hakujitsu karaoke). In the context of the song, Risu switched to this voice as a special thank you in her streaming voice in addition to her singing voice. About being able to sing this song live, her live performance in Hololive 3rd Festival (a paid streaming concert organized by Hololive) was even better than the studio version and boosted her views and subsribers a lot because almost nobody from JP or EN got exposed to her singing before.

Thanks for the background info. The song definitely makes much more sense now.

ALiCE&u idk about the stylize means of the capital n lower.
    .
but Alice is giving vibe of fairy tale is true bcs relate with something like alice in wonderland
    beside
alice in here has a other meaning since she's know a japanese language as well
so alice in jp pronounce arisu (jp language is hard to different L n R they're basicly the same wich is R)
    so ALice = A Risu
and Risu means her name ayunda risu + Risu in japanese language means = squirel (her role character theme)
&u = us the viewers, audience, the fans
    .
so the title is A risu and us
n the lyric telling story like the title says
    .
she's not learned classical singing or any singing class
she just autodidac for singing learn so that's wy pl find she's impressive for hidden rare gem
she try to joined at singing class not while ago but the teacher nothing had any lesson to teach her bcs she's actually can do that. she's just got suggestion for routine train so she can be more stable
    .
but this gurl just not taking lightly n slowly bcs for her she love music but she's not kinda wanna rush for to be the best one in singing since in this agency there's other gurl who are good at singging as well so she doesnt wanna get something like rivalry or else. so she keep in her own pace
    .
her lyric is not had something like other lyric for rhyme n other else so maybe musician is finding it's weird but she had other meaning with that route.
the 1st letter in the sentence, for each line lyric from up to bottom
    is represented her

It's close, but as for the jp form, ALiCE&u is a jumble where rearranged, makes up Risu's full name. (As you said, A - ri - su partially making her name Risu, but & (and) and u (used as yu) can take that first A from Alice to rearrange to A - yu - nda). It is just another play with the words to make her name.
The name Alice does hold another meaning though. Risu originally wanted her character to be named Alice. However, someone recently debuted with a similar name before hers, so she decided to go with the name Ayunda Risu, which by now has its own story and lore. But the name Alice is still a dear one to Risu, and this was a perfect way she could use it. (I think it was a random short I came across where she shared this, but I had no luck finding it again. I could not confirm who it was that Risu wanted to be distinguished from.)

her jumped note all over the place just made it fit her lore, because she is a squirrel :D
ill give some context, her character lore has 2 alter ego, Ayunda which is a witch & Risu which a squirrel. somehow they merged and become 1 person as Ayunda Risu that can switch places. Ayunda has a deep mature voice, while Risu has the light childish voice. She switch her voices a lot at her stream because of her character lore

Risu is indeed self taught, when she joined Hololive and got a Singing Teacher, he said he could not teach her anything. If i remember right, it was only a small thing she should train to be better at but was perfect in anything else

very interesting she sounded so good but had the roughness of being self taught so I was a little confused but in the end she is 100% one my favourite singers from hololive

I recommend you check out more of Hololive ID, specially Moona Hoshinova or Kobo Kanaeru, ID has some amazing singer. I recommend you start with Moona's original song High Tide, but all of her original are really good (she has 4, 1 in full japanese, 2 in full english and 1 in full indonesia) and Kobo has 2 (both in indonesian). Also would you be interested in reacting to covers of Hololive members as well? Most of them do have some really amazing covers. Risu sadly does not have dozens or originals or covers but she's one of the powerhouses in Holo, you can really she it in her karaoke streams.
Also i know someone said it but she has 2 singing voices "Risu" is the high pitched one (the one she uses to speak) and "Ayunda" is the deeper one, Risu is the one that enters at the end, and that's why the final part there are two voices singing (Ayunda and Risu).
Also as an easter egg if you take all the first letters of each verse of the lyrics of the song it makes up for: Ayunda Risu Hololive Indonesia

As a note this "Studio" and mixed version is actually not the best Version from Alice&U from Risu. The version she sang at Holofes is the most clean and best sung version of Alice&u, she herself says that and has even considerd to have the Original get remixed with a new Vocal Recording.
Risu is one of the most Powerfull Voices in Hololive hands down, she has endless raw talent wich she is not really able to show off as much as we know from Talents like Suisei Towa Watame and Polka because she can not use as much of her income to Produce Music as much as the other girls.
Risu is the sole provider for her Family right now and that hampers her quite a bit saddly. She seriously deserves to have her own Solo Concert but she lacks the ammount of Original Songs to do that. Wich brings us back to not being able to produce as much Music as the other big names in Hololive.
Everyone started calling her the Celine Dion of Hololive ever since Suisei compaired her to Celine, and haveing Suisei of all people prais her and literally beg to be teachd by her should tell you everything about how good Risu really is.

i think you would enjoy Rainy Proof by Hachi and Devour the Past by KAF
    Both extremely talented vsingers.
Kaf is the first vtuber/vsinger to fill the budoukan. She will also be the first vsinger to fill an Arena in Jan 2024. she will be holding a one man live at Yoyogi Super Arena
