I was there not long ago and it looked like they had an awful lot of construction that they still had to do so I find it hard to believe. That fiesta village is going to be opening at the end of this month. Good luck if they are cause I do love knotts😊

I don’t think weather has much to do with the delay as it’s been nice for several weeks now and there is still virtually no activity on Zoom. That means these delays would have happened anyway. Probably a supply chain issue. Hopefully we’ll see it back in time for Haunt!! Crossing my fingers.
Knott's food is impressive. It definitely is better than most other theme park food. 👍
