What I noticed is that Vedic Astrologers always tell you to be very careful with everything. For example in the fifth house for Scorpio or 11th house for Taurus rising there can be explosive gains from Investments. It’s not always about being careful, it’s also about opportunities.
Not so good for investments for scorpio as 5th lord jup is in dusthana and housse of gains IS under Ketu...

I hv this yog in my 10th house I m Cn ASN.....Mars 11degree Rahu 27degree....one renowned jyotish said rahu is causing Stambhana to my Mars so not to do anything related to Mars ...he was right I wore mujha and went thr barbadi

Very good question. Everything manifests. All transits manifest. For example if a wonderful transit is happening in your 4th house, your mother may be having a good period whereas at the same time, a difficult transit happening in your 11th house, your older sibling may be having a tough time. You have to combine all of this.
