Not worth 95 lakhs . I could see tile works are not nice example bathroom. Even the balcony stout area finishing is not good the cylindrical beams paint and cement is smudged in the sitting slab also in the same balcony at the end observe the left side of the screen where Mr. MANO is standing and speaking you can see the wall edge finishing is irregular
