Thanks for the video! I just got the Chanel WOC in lambskin⊠I didnât even expect to get it in lambskin. I have been wanting caviar but when I saw it in the store and tried it on, it was so beautiful. I am scared of it though because I heard lambskin is more delicate than caviar. How did your corners wear and tear over the years?
I love lambskin! My corners are pretty good still, I don't use it every day so that's probably why. I do take care of my bags but I don't really baby them. Hope this helps!
Question. You got this last year and it was magnetic closure at that time ? I got one with snap closure. When did the magnetic came as a new feature ?

Thank you for your video. I want to treat myself with a Chanel woc this Christmas. I am debating between lambskin or caviar. I already have 2 caviar and love the structure. After 3 years how has it held the wear and tear? Has it de puffed? Has it structure loss?
Hi Maria, after 3 years I haven't noticed a huge difference in shape or depuffing. It has really stayed the same and I still use it to this day.
I don't use it as often since I rotate my bags, but since you already have 2 caviar, I think it's definitely worth it to try lambskin!

Nothing. Just the zipper and the magnetic closure is different đ
Do you use any conditioner or products for any surface scratches? Just recently purchased a new black square mini in lambskin but it has a small scratch on it. :( I tried buffing it out with the white cloth but I can still see it. I love the shininess and the puffiness of your card holder! Mine looks more like your WOC also. Wish it was shinier and puffier.
Jana Kwok Thanks for your response. Yeah the white cloth didnât work. Itâs not very noticeable but I can see it since I know where it is. I tried the apple conditioner and Cadillac lotion but that really didnât do anything either. It was the only one at the store and I live 5 hours away so I got it since I have been wanting a square mini for such a long time.
Jana Kwok I am considering the pure hydrate from the handbag spa because I saw a couple of youtube videos on people minimizing the scratches on their Chanel lambskin. The SA at the store told me that Chanel will refurbish your bag within the first five years for a small cost to make it look new. I guess I should just use it well until then. I canât really go anywhere still because of the COVID. âčïž
Jana Kwok I donât have a regular SA at Chanel. I wish I did! đ I was asking about their warranty and then she told me about it. She probably felt bad about the scratch it already had. The price to refurbish was very reasonable like under $300 depending on the bag so I thought it was a great information to have. They replace chains and everything!
Jana Kwok Yes there was a small scratch on the front out of the box at the store. đ I thought it will go away if I just buff it with the white cloth they gave. It is a square mini from the new 20B collection and they just got it in when I purchased it a month ago. I guess the first person that handled it at the store scratched it. They said that they are not allowed to wear gloves because they have to keep using the hand sanitizers because of the virus. I live over 5 hours away so I panic bought it because there will probably be another price increase before I make it to the store again. Thought about returning it but I shipping it sounded too complicated. Hopefully it will age well and I wonât even notice it as much later
Jana Kwok the scratch looks minor and you canât see it unless you know where it is and only at a specific angle. I figured I might scratch it myself as soon as I use the bag so I decided to keep it especially since itâs a hard to find piece. Also, fashionphile has preloved ones with much higher price. Canât believe I paid so much money for a bag with a scratch. Everything else about it like the structure and symmetry looks perfect though. Thanks for listening! đ„°
I am leaning toward lambskin also. Do you worry the cardholderâs puffiness, can flatten?
I don't worry too much about it! I usually don't have things pressed up against it, so I don't think it would be a problem. Maybe when it becomes a vintage piece it might flatten but not now.

If the bag is fully leather why is some leather rubbing off? This lamb skin looks beautiful I canât decide now. But I donât think leather should wear away?
