My husband suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in December 2023, was in intensive care, hospital and brain injury unit for 47 days. We were eating whole nuts, berries and seeds in our kefir for breakfast and trying to eat 30 different plants a week before his accident and also took D3 & K2 supplements which restarted once he came home. I am convinced eating like this has speeded his recovery. He is now back part time at his work already. Do you agree? Have any studies been done on brain injury and nutrition?

Excellent information and very well presented too! I'm definitely going to include more of these foods in my diet. Thank you Dr Rupy for all that you are doing to improve people's health. I now have a subscription to Exhale coffee after your recommendation, they are a fab company and their decaf is so good, tastes just like real coffee. Thanks again.

Hi, Absolutely love the Pod, adverts not withstanding! New to your CZcams channel though.
As a T2 Diabetic the dietary advice has been invaluable. I have one question though.
Oats, for a diabetic, good or bad?
Do the benefits, cholesterol lowering, high fibre, satiating, blood pressure lowering, etc, outweigh the fact that they are a carbohydrate and therefore cause a blood glucose spoke?
    Really hope you see this.
Take care and thanks for the brilliant advice.
    Cheers
    Nick
