Wow Wow Wow... the 'lap kai' look's crazily delicious, loads of minced chicken meat and not too much onions look's perfect! I am a huge fan of durians but only for my home country's Malaysian one's but can't really confirm until I've tried the good Thai durians coz maybe my first experience was not the creamy yummy Thai one's. If you come to Bangsaphan, Prachuap khirikhan. You can try to visit "Bangsaphan hospital". It is the hospital where "Toon Bodyslam, Singer" run for donation about 400 kilometers from Bangkok to Bang Saphan. Now the hospital has developed a lot.
