I would just like to express my gratitude for you and everything you do on your channel. I've had Fibromyalgia for almost a year now, So I am gradually learning how to deal with the pain. I'm an Illustration student so I sit at a desk A LOT, without my daily yoga and meditation practice I would be lost! And thanks to you, I have somewhere to go when I have a particularly nagging pain that other yoga instructors on youtube can't quite help me with. You're an inspiration. If I can, I would love to request some tips on how to keep on top of the pain whilst working at my desk? I get up and walk around every 20-30 mins but I'd like to incorporate some movement and stretches into my breaks that wont exacerbate the pain. Have a blessed day.

I needed a practice I can do for getting over a “cold”. Haven’t been on the mat for several days, resting completely. I used this one now that I’m feeling better. I only modified it, keeping my head up due to residual nasal congestion. Thank you Joelle for your work.

Hi Joelle, I've been following your yoga practice for a while now and today when i bent my knee over my leg and leaned forward i experience a strong numb sensation in my foot. Then i lifted back up and i had that same sensation all along the spine. It felt very relaxing but i don't know what it means. Thanks
