  • The video tutorial shows how the bonded anchor can be used to install balustrades, handrails and guard rails in various kinds of substrates.
The R-KER II bonded anchor can also be used in over 90% professional construction fixing applications, from typical guard rails and attenuators, scaffolding and machinery, to specialised applications using dedicated rebars, e.g. the post-installed rebar technology. The properties of the hybrid resin make it suitable for effective and secure installation in dry and wet substrates, as well as in substrates and holes covered with water.
R-KER II with the Dustlessdrill drill bit is a comprehensive system for safe and secure installation. The unique dosing system makes the installation work comfortable and economical. This specialised vinylester resin mix with added cement, whose properties and proportions have been tested multiple times, guarantees top load-bearing strength as well as a short curing time, enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness. The specially designed mixing nozzle ensures accurate dosing, making it possible to save material. For the R-KER II, Rawlplug offers the following coatings: ZP (zinc plated), HDG (hot-dip galvanized), ZF (zinc flake), UHS ZF for higher-grade steel, A4 stainless steel and HCR rebars with extremely high corrosion resistance. The product also has seismic and fire certification, making it the most widely certified bonded anchor.
The R-KER II anchor is offered in sets with rebars, threaded rods and internally threaded sockets.
