Sir I am student of class 10 I want to be a engineer but I am not able to do it because of phone addiction I want to study 15 to 16 hr but phone waste my whole day after my whole day ruined I am not able to do any thing I lost my every day battle . I an not in any love but the shorts reels are destroying my life I am not able to do any thingI am only seeing my life is destroying I front of me. I think to stop using smart phone then came in mind how I study online or from youtube . I start see youtube from study video and after 15 min I am on shorts of youtube every one says delete app how I can delete youtube sir I lost my way of study and I donot know what to do now life is getting worse and worse.
