Thanks for the video I have a dear friend that lives there and he said he still had electricity and his side od town barely got hit.. Hoping all is getting better prayers for Panama city Beach Florida
It is amazing how different it is just 5 miles further east. Cross the bridge into Panama City and it is absolute catastrophic destruction and the further east you go the worse it gets. While it is good to show the tourists that PCB is up and running, it is bad for the world to see PCB is ok and not realize that the catastrophic destruction starts just a couple miles away and goes for 30 miles to the east. People can come to PCB and have a good time and never realize the hardship so many people are going through even a year later.
Thank you for posting this.....I was staying at the Beachcomber By The Sea the week before the Hurricane hit.....I was hoping to find a youtube video that started at the Winn Dixie at Arnold Road and then toward and including Pier Park.....Your posting was just as good.....thanks....
Your so welcome.we live here and thank god we missed the brunt of it.I know so many people love it here.that is why i made this video as fast as I could. Subscribe to my channel I will be changing it to panama city beach. Please pray for our neighbors in mexico beach,Lynn haven,Mariana and the rest.thank you god bless
I noticed you started this video just east of Pier Park......I hope electric has been restored for you and hoping even more for those towns and people toward the east of PCB....
You are so right , been thru 4 hurricanes and you take your life into your hands at traffic signals that are not working. some of the cities are putting up mobile 4 way stop signs during these conditions.
I hope all those that live on the beach side of Panama City realize how fortunate they are and are reaching out to their neighbors across the Hathaway bridge and beyond. So much destruction and devastation. So many were already homeless and poverty stricken in PC!!
The condo boom between 2000 and 08 was insane, first level open parking should have been mandatory to maintain a beach view. Bid-a-Wee is your only shot of a view, lived waterfront there, traffic always slows down for a rare look at the beach that doesn't require private condo access, locals should have a permanent parking pass to any of them.
Thomas donuts is ok live by it but the panama city inland is open so far lot more damage over the bridge off 98 walmart is open now over inland they supposed to Tear down the panama city mall to redo
Check out my other recent videos i have a bit of the beach.alot of the sand has been washed away but it is still beautiful. I will post more of beach tommorow. I am hoping all the awesome sand bars are still there.
Not in Florida they don't. I moved down a few years ago and after Irma it was like taking your life in your hands to cross a busy intersection with the lights out. I was scared sh%^&less trying to drive to town...and I'm not scared of too much lol

Looks like Man destroyed the place with obnoxious buildings. Once was a beautiful place but those days are gone

Thank you SOOO much. :D
The beach dodged a bullet I posted a few short videos from my apt in panama city it's amazing that only a few miles away got devistated.
It was the west side of the hurricane, and yes, it was messed up as well. Just ask the condo owners.
GOD bless Bay county! We all need prayers!!!!
2:50 just drove by my old place but didn't show the water.
Except for the billboard falling on Booze Express.
A tour guide you are not......all I saw was one damaged rooftop and one destroyed building
Like the camera was taped to the top of an infants head rolling around.
@@ChrisTtheCarpenter I agree, terrible footage
Can you slow down next time don’t move the camera fast ty
Use .25 speed
Can you just be grateful instead of hateful?
So only the rich survived
The beach is not were only the rich live. The richest people in bay county live in town. Not the beach.
Typical Fl. driver not stopping at intersections when the signals are not working. Know the law, you re suppose to treat it like a 4 way stop.
