Everyone should know this trick ❗️How to cook? Put the dough in the oil.
Milk bread recipe:
400 ml warm milk.
2 tablespoons sugar.
8 grams dry yeast.
2 eggs.
700 grams of wheat flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
40 grams of soft butter.
Sunflower oil.
50 grams melted butter.
Grease with butter.
1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons milk.
Grease the bread.
Sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
Recipe for white bread:
150 ml warm milk.
1 egg.
2 tablespoons sugar (65 g).
5 grams dry yeast.
300 grams flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
40 grams of soft butter.
95 grams of soft butter.
65 grams condensed milk.
Sunflower oil.
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon milk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
