It makes me so sad to see all this makeup they just throw away. It makes me even more sad so much of it is for darker skin tones. As though it’s not already hard for poc to get expensive makeup.
I love ur finds at Ulta!! I never find anything at ours. Huge scores at 5 below so I can’t complain too much. Lol

Found the same Stilla lingerie souffle jars at our Ulta last week. 95% of them marked display but they purposefully scooped as much out of each one as possible and put them in a soup box. Was only able to save just a few with very little left in them.

At the same time got lots of the Benefit Happy Face and Rebbeca concelors. With the Rebbeca they were all taped together at the bottom of a box with bubble wrap on top. They did nothing to the Rebbeca concelors and 98% of them marked display.

I have only ever found 1 Carlie Bybel in an Ulta dumpster. Which I like and had to order another 1 through Macari.

You can also go to thrift store buy a cheap flat iron and use it for the cord for a good one.

I landed this same score last week 😃. Watch out for the Stila foundation jars. Most of mine had edges that were sheered off and hazardous.

All I find at my Ulta are the cords in their boxes. I can never find the tools even checks on different days
I think in 2 different dumpster diving at Ulta ended up with 10 different hair tools. They had the cords for all of them. Still have to repair the cords. But kept for me a Dyson Complete Airwrap system (with the carrying bag, all the attachments, cord repaired, works great) $549 new at Ulta, Lange On Dule 32mm curling wand (have the box, instructions, glove, cord repaired, works fine), and Baby Bliss Pro Nano Titanium Rotating Hot Airbrush 2" barrel (have the box, cord repaired, works good). I think the Lange and the Baby Bliss Pro were around $80-$120 each new at Ulta. But I could be wrong.
I wanted to do dumpster diving also but it sucks here in the Philippines lol.

You hit the mother load. Ulta usually ruins all the make up. Im so jealous. I would love to dive but have no car. Im disabled so it makes it hard for me. Are willing to sell some of the make up or not. Please let me know

I check to see if they have been used if so 99% of the time I throw them away. Once in a while friends will go through a box I have and get some.

For goodness sakes....wear gloves!!!! All this crap going on now, and your wallowing in a dumpster with no protection at all. This covid pandemic is no joke!
I am constantly sanitizing my hands, my door and anything I touch. I ran out of gloves.
