Well the filling is basically Kadayıf (Which is a Turkish dessert and belongs to OUR Turkish cuisine.) And these s*at lover A*abs steal from us. Just great..

Recipe I made up but seems like the video.
    - Mix butter and knafeh dough, if u don’t have the dough, u can use vermicelli noodles and fry it so it’s brown and crispy,
    - mix the fried knafeh or vermicelli with pistachio sauce or pistachio dip or paste, anything that’s green like that and tastes like pistachio
    - use a chocolate bar mould or a plastic chocolate bar shaped container and pour melted chocolate in the chocolate bar mould
    - u can set it in the fridge or freezer so the chocolate holds its shape well and isn’t messy but it’s ur choice if u have patience or not. - If u don’t have patience just put the pistachio dough mixture straight on the melted chocolate, it’s gonna be messy though.
    - cover the pistachio dough mixture with another layer of melted chocolate
    - let it set in the fridge, or in the freezer if u don’t have time.
    - it should crack like that and have similar taste and texture

You need to let the chocolate in the fridge ALONE and then u put the knafa! Just a tipp. Next time easier 😊 but it looks delicious ❤❤

There is nothing nastier than the taste of the cheap blue food coloring grocery stores use on their cakes. It has this bitter taste that leaches into the frosting 🤢 none of the other colors taste like that though. I don’t know what the deal is with the blue food coloring.

It is called kadayıf which is usually used for various deserts in middle east and especially turkey. U can see it in a baklava store. Or just in local markets too.

Not noodle or pasra or macoroni etc. Totally different.

Burlt trust me this chocalte is overrated. Both chocolate and the kadayıf with pistachio should be eaten seperately taster better. This undermines it while mixing them up. So many sugar and unhealth. I would recommend to go Antep in turkey or istanbul at least to try cennet çamuru and some yaprak şöbiyet baklava and künefe and simit katmer. Also if u wanna eat chocalate would recommend godiva, amedei, guylian, lindt and callebaut.
