- Today is the day we finally were able to take out my 2022 Mustang Mach 1 for it's first track day at the Atlanta Motorsports Park! This was truly an eye opener with just how good the Handling Pack Mach 1 Mustang was built to take on track days like these. I can't wait to get back out there and do some more hard driving but first, we need to make it a tad bit quieter because this Mustang exhaust is going to keep me in trouble!

Doesn’t matter what exhaust mode you’re in, at WOT it all opens up. Learned this at the Mach 1 Track Attack at Charlotte Motor speedway. Awesome video and thanks for taking us along!

I don’t know if the Mach 1 is the same as the other coyotes with the active exhaust, but on my Gen 3 I found that the valves were controlled by vacuum and would open fully at wide open throttle. Either way the content is badass man! Cool to see you collaborating with Gavin.

You’ll get better at the track, from the outside looking in once you establish a base on how fast you run on a lab you can start chiseling away on getting faster. The S550/650 content is nice but I like seeing the universe of mustangs get more spot light too.

AMP is such a fun and thrilling track. Been on it a few times with Extreme Experience. I get the sound limit due to residential near by but it is a shame sometimes to not be able to go WOP most of the time. But great content need to see this more man!

I did the Mach1 track attack at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The Mach1 is awesome on the track! The biggest problem with your car being so loud is the headers. Too much trouble to change back to stock for a track day for sure! Have a killer time on the Tail of the Dragon! As a resident of Tennessee, I want to welcome you to the Volunteer state. GBO 🍊

great track day , did well for 1st time on track, but little advice sit closer to the steering wheel , best postion is put your rist straight on top of your steering with your back against the seat and adjust your seat to its comfortable

How we get around it in SCCA is to turn your exhaust tips away from the mic that measures sound. Our 5.0 don't have that in stock set up. Shifting at 7k will reduce sound and wear on motor. Speed is made in the turns not on the straights in road racing 😉

If you’re gonna be going on tracks a little more often, i’d look into some reducers for your exhaust. Corsa makes some that’ll drop the sound down a few db, that way you don’t have to keep swapping to stock exhaust when you go to a track

When you bought your car, do you get a chance to go to Ford racing with the professional drivers to show you how to drive your car on a track like you get with a GT 350 and GT 500? I took the two day class. It was great taught me how to drive on the track.

I really don’t understand the loud exhaust rule on a track, I’ve watched NASCAR idk how many times, F1 racing, those cars are not quite by any means & then this track looks like it’s away from town so I’m not understanding that rule. Does every track have this rule? But nonetheless great video bro 🦾
