So, the part where Tyler's singing "If you need anyone, I'll be right there, but you'll have to grab my throat and lift me in the air. If you need anyone, I'll stop my plans, but you'll have to tie me down, then break both my hands." is to me, him talking to Nico (Blurryface) meaning that if Nico wants him, wants to drag him back down into depression, then Tyler is going to fight. He's not going willingly. So in order to take Tyler back, Nico is quite literally going to need to grab him by the throat and drag him back. Or tie him up and break his hands so he can't try to escape again. In 20 words or less, he's giving depression the middle finger and saying he won't go down without a fight.

They also came up with the "dangerous bend symbol"(looks like a z) which is mentioned in "Overcompensate." The "dangerous bend symbol" was used in the Bourbaki groups texts to indicate particularly difficult/complex concepts.

Oh, yeah; If there's one thing you should know about TOP, it's that a lot of their songs are at least 3 different mini-songs in a trench coat. You never know where it's going to go, from one minute to the next, but it still always makes perfect sense! As far as the characters in the story: Tyler, the lead singer, is a character named Clancy. He escaped from the city of Dema, which is run by the Nine bishops, head of an oppressive religion called Vialism. One of those bishops is on the horse in the red robe, chasing him down to take him back. Josh, the drummer, is a character called the Torchbearer, head of a rebel group called the Banditos (The ones on the hill wearing the yellow tape). The Bishops either can't see, or are repelled by the color yellow, which is why the Banditos wear the yellow tape, and throw down the yellow flower petals to distract the Bishop so Clancy/Tyler can escape. Unfortunately though, the Bishop still gets him....
Oh boy I’m going to love this journey. You are very good at picking up on things and once you get all the parts straight in your mind you are going to follow all this so well.
