Perfect? Not at all. These characters are deeply human, flawed and real, just like every one of us. Their intentions are good, even if their actions sometimes fall short. There aren't any villains among them. Each one is fractured in their way, yet there's beauty in their imperfections.

I really love this observation...I have met people when they were at the lowest points of their life, and not very likable, however, after spending more time with them under better circumstances, they are quite different people from those I first met.
