He met with god. God offered him unlimited strength, which he accepted, in this scene we can see the main antagonist is god. After this incursion, garou awakened: "Cosmic Fear Mode" which shows TRUE STRENGTH. I don't think Thor can survive the first blast of his Nuclear Fission Fist. Which basically is 3 times 10^44 joules of energy, which is incredibly hard to resist. Not only that, if it weren't saitama, any other hero (for example Tatsumaki) would be able to even fly out of its range when being hit by it. Earth was about to collapse from those attacks. That was barely a FRACTION of the power garou has. And even after 20 consecutive nuclear fist blasts, Saitamas biggest concern is his clothes being ripped apart
Yet he still doesn't care. This burst is the strongest burst in the multiverse, and yet saitama only disappears cause he was knocked to a different galaxy, approximately like 40 trillion galaxies away.
