    Do you stitch upside down( flip) for things to come out correctly facing people?

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  Před rokem

      You are flipping the beanie inside out. You don’t have to flip the design.

      @@RomeroThreads thanks! I use the Valucap - Adult Bio-Washed Classic Dad’s Cap - VC300A. Seems like 1 sheet of Ezee tear-way works fine for it. I also see you recommend the 47 brand, I'm looking into that as well. I just wanna make hats and beanies for my customers.

    How did you get the knock down stitching down 1st? The name really sticks out on the hat. Do you use a needle without thread to do that?

    • @jimkwan5969
      @jimkwan5969 Před 9 měsíci

      Just ask your digitizer to do it. It will be on a separate layer just pick a thread colour that is the best match for your hat. It will lay down a pattern. Then the needle will change to do the coloured text. Super easy.

      @@RomeroThreads why not embroider without a knockdown stitch?

    • @rangersscc94
      @rangersscc94 Před rokem +1

      @@aramir1377 can have registration issues and the thread could sink into the fabric depending on the stitch. You could also use a water soluble topper if you don’t want a knockdown stitch. I mostly use knockdowns for full fill logos and topper for text logos. But it all depends. So that’s why testing before doing an order is so important.

    Not a fan of the rectangle around the text. Would look better if it was offset matching the shape instead of the rectangle imo.
