you've helped me a lot before purchasing my Ricoma TC-15. I have the Chroma Luxe because I want to have full control of digitizing and taking digitizing orders.
Love it!!!!! I just ordered my Mighty Hoop Station!!!! I love mighty Hoops!!!! I’m going for it!!!! I’ll try to do some beanies for my Hair Salon I work in!!! Where do you get yours????
@@RomeroThreads thanks! I use the Valucap - Adult Bio-Washed Classic Dad’s Cap - VC300A. Seems like 1 sheet of Ezee tear-way works fine for it. I also see you recommend the 47 brand, I'm looking into that as well. I just wanna make hats and beanies for my customers.
Just ask your digitizer to do it. It will be on a separate layer just pick a thread colour that is the best match for your hat. It will lay down a pattern. Then the needle will change to do the coloured text. Super easy.
@@aramir1377 can have registration issues and the thread could sink into the fabric depending on the stitch. You could also use a water soluble topper if you don’t want a knockdown stitch. I mostly use knockdowns for full fill logos and topper for text logos. But it all depends. So that’s why testing before doing an order is so important.
Awesome nice job
😊thanks🙏🏾

Do the yupoong beanies loss there stretch ability after washing ? @romerothreads
No they don’t. Just take them out the dryer quick to prevent over heating.
How do you digitize for beanies ? Hopefully you can help me out with this question thanks in advance
So question do you have to mirror this like it’s sublimation ? Or htv ?
Don’t have to mirror on embroidery.
@@RomeroThreads thank you
Do you stitch upside down( flip) for things to come out correctly facing people?
You are flipping the beanie inside out. You don’t have to flip the design.
Also I have an SSActivewear account, which brand of beanies do you recommend?
Thanks for the comment. We use Yupoong Beanies.

How did you get the knock down stitching down 1st? The name really sticks out on the hat. Do you use a needle without thread to do that?

Embrillance enthusiast has a knockdown feature.
What size of stabilizer do you use for beanies ?
8x8 pre cut 3 oz stabilizer
What brand?.

Do you always do a knockdown stitch when doing beanies?
The majority of time Im using a knock down stitch.
@@RomeroThreads why not embroider without a knockdown stitch?

@@rangersscc94 thank you. I tried doing the motif fill and my customer loved it. Thank you so much homie!
Not a fan of the rectangle around the text. Would look better if it was offset matching the shape instead of the rectangle imo.
Awesome
