Fam I just woke up I’m getting out of bed now trust me ik ur pain with this one just keep trying everyday making intentions everyday keep asking Allah everyday and be patient, change something about ur sleep set up if u need to, put ur phone somewhere else, sleep earlier, whatever and insha’Allah it will come thru
