The combined resistance between the steel leaf springs and the wiring used on most alligator clips is going to be a problem. At the very least use your own 18AWG or 16AWG silicone wire and solder the ends to the powerbank module. Alligator clips are for testing and prototypes on the bench. You do not want those alligator clips just hanging about when you have cells in the holder.
I'm really against steel springs but honestly the kits with the springs in the powerbank would be safer than this.
Dear this is not used a permanent power bank, its only experimental. You are seeing in this video only for people info. We know that for which AWG for permanent solution. But appreciate your focus.

No, you can connect 5v Input through type-C & MHL for charging cells and get output with normal USB ports 2.4A & 3.0A for other device's charging.
I have this model but why is it charging My i phone 11 very slow it takes about 10min to increase 1% even with the QC
May be ur Iphone battery is weak or ur power bank cells are also weak. Both are possibilities. Otherwise module doesn't have this kind of act.
Same my phone is only charging at 1amp speed on qc mode so this module is not good for fast charging

Its depends on your battery capacity which you are using means 1A, 2A or 2.8A cells.

This is not for 12v. Its only for 4.2v battery pack in parallel cells.
