🙏 This really helped me to manage my anxiety of catching illness, to manage my anxiety in dealing with people, to manage anxiety amidst my prevailing difficult situation. I hope to overcome my anxieties permanently very soon. Though I feel the agitations in my body, I will come out of all these with the help of this session.
