This song for me was the fattest rollercoaster of emotions.
At first I was gonna watch it cause I heard Jon was being funny on the live version. Then it started, it was a like a slope that kept on going. Midway through I fucking loved the song and I knew I was gonna replay this so hard.
AND THEN THE OUTRO STARTED and I just died on the spot, sooo fucking good! I did not expect Jon to do it so perfectly along with everyone else in the band to just jam it out like the world was about to end.
Truly a masterpiece in my book
Summertime Gladness has to be next. I believe it was released in 2017 it's a single before their next album Artificial Selection.
Summertime gladnes is more than a song. It's a whole experience 😂
"Painful" is a great fucking way to put it. This song is so angrily, painfully sad, legit makes my eyes and nose run whenever I hear it for the first time in a while.
Opinions are opinions but fans who can't get over the fact that Jonny's gone and can't appreciate what Tilly's brought to the table are out of their minds

The song that got me into DGD. I remember replaying the ending 20x over and over again and everytime single time it felt new, such an amazing song.
I’ve listened and watched every reaction to this song available on CZcams and yours was the best Lmaoo. Literally spot on reaction I felt and said the same things to myself upon my first listen. This song is insanity.
Went to see them in 2019 and they came back after and encore and this was the last song they played, it was the one song I really really wanted to hear and it was amazing. One of the best live bands. Tillian and jon just sound so good.
And now you understand. This is truly the only DGD song that grabs you by the balls and refuses to let go. It takes you to another place in its lyrical framing to where you can feel the emotion on both sides of the song.
Swallowed by eternity is like man of the year part 2 now. So incredible.
someone told me it was like a journey they went on. i think that describes it pretty well.

Dude watching your reaction to MOY brought back memories of my first listen, one of your best reactions ever period! This song is so good on every level but the lyrics get me especially Tilians hip hop esque section. As someone that has struggled in relationships "i dont need a friend id rather keep it all to myself now" is so bittersweet, its me in a nutshell but also why i have been unsuccessful in love. Idk if ill ever be able to put my top 10 DGD songs in order but MOY would be near the top if not #1. And it is amazing live, ive seen DGD perform it live in person twice (plus tree city sessions 2) and i was damn near crying every time lol. Wow Mothership has been conquered, before Artificial Selection (2018) i recommend checking out the 2 singles from 2017- Summertime Gladness (a fan favorite youll love this one!) and their PGP cover Thats What I Like (great vibes in this one too and some really tasty guitar work). Cant wait for more awesome stuff from you, keep em coming!

So glad you liked this one. It’s definitely a favorite of mine. Summertime Gladness is a fun one, and Artificial Selection is a pretty weird one but it has some of my favorite songs on it!
This is in their top 3 end tracks for sure, it's hard to say because the next two are also up there. SUCH a good finale!! I hope nobody spoils the next closer but it's the best one for sure, not saying any more about it! Also don't forget about Summertime Gladness! 👏👏

literally one of my favourite tracks, if not my number 1 DGD song. never gets old, ever. chills every time. also, Summertime Gladness is the track between MS and ArSe! would definitely give it a listen before moving over to the next album-- same goes for Head Hunter & Blood Wolf, after ArSe and before Afterburner ^^

This one's about cheating while on tour or away from home. I don't exactly remember if it really happened, but yeah. The first time i heard will, jon, and tilian trio at the end it evoked an emotion in me that I did not know existed. I call it DGD's "jesus of suburbia" or their ballad.
