    You are right we ordered the parts and tools they told us to and the bike still didn't get fixed. now we have waisted days worth of time plus almost $300 extra to fix the bike still didn't work.

    I emailed them and asked what the problem was with these bikes and they said the controller needs to be fixed/upgraded

      lol yet theyve been telling us there is no issue with the bikes. eahora's owner/management are straight up frauds.

    Eahora is known for horrible after sales service, and a lot of their bikes come defective straight out of box, or has issues later down the line. There are not many, but a few effective videos showcasing your exact issues either straight out of the box or some time later. Eahora does not comply even with their own policies, and bear in mind that unfortunately you are very likely to not get any progress with them. Wish you the best of luck!

      same here. eahora refused to refund/exchange until we posted negative vid's online. we even tried their repair they told us to do and that didnt work.

    Do not buy Fahrbike, Eahora. Worst customer service and faulty bikes.

      @@randpostee they been lie and do what ever to force you to keep defective product, and it’s be over 2 months they still asking for me to wait for parts they lied to credit card company saying the bike is good
