Finally she got the Plume of Death critic rate/damage and The Circlet of Logos critic rate/damage for her tartaglia artifacts, I thought she wouldn't give up but she did it hahaha, and during her co-op participation, she voice acting mickey mouse and elmo like an idiot which is i like that segment lol. Pro tip for anyone farming that domain, use hydro character in you party to get cryo artifacts and vice versa. It's effective most of the time.

Tarutaru is my 1st 5star character and i started farming for HoD when i was around AR45 with my higher AR friend. I got some decent artifacts with big Cdamage rolls. I was using the BP bow then. Then i pulled Thundering Pulse and my crate ended up with just 50% lol. So im back in that domain. Artifact farming is addicting bec it is like gacha, too. So sometimes it's more enjoyable to do than farming for talent books.
I feel you, that's its rare for my characters have very high lvl. mostly at lvl 6-8 because its boring farming the talent books

lol this reminds me of why i pretty much gave up on farming artifacts, i just accept whatever rolls i get and move on, the artifact system is just so bad...
yeah, just max level and max talent every roaster first, artifact comes dead last when apocalypse day happen
Unfortunately tho,eventually you'll need to max out artifacts because Inazuma is tough.but dw you can do it later on after talent and level upgrades

so this is where my blizzard strayer went, I was farming for ayaka but ended up getting good HoD
i forgot the 2.2 maintenance is today and so i just login to genshin open youtube see this vid open it in the new tab back to genshin i condensed my resin and then i watch this video got a good amount of laugh then when i'm back to genshin got kicked out because the maintenance start and now i'm just here dumbfounded

During the maintenance I calculated how much mora you need to level a character from level 1 - 90 and it's like 1,288,600 + 120,000 for the level 80 ascension + 688,000: 2,096,600 mora or something like that.
... I don't think she has that.
So around 4 mil not including weapon huh
Actually I just checked (for Hutao) and it's a total of 4,950,000 with talents crowned.

I have the opposite problem. Got a bunch of HoD with crit dmg & rate subs while farming for Ayaka.
I hate how I experienced this too while farming for Kaeya and Chongyun
My Childe and Xingqiu would get a complete HoD set before I could get an atk% Blizzard sands 💀
I’m experiencing the same problem as her trying to build childe but 97% out of the times I don’t get any HoD and when I do it’s Def or Hp%…
Sad that the set we want never comes when we need it ;-;
