yuuup. this and "Woke the F*ck up" was on radio all the time around 2015 here in Sweden. totally forgot about it until I discovered Jon about 2 years ago
@@aab5425tt it is. not really shocked tho. the song was hella big in some places around 2015 and then nothing by Jon has been played on the radio since
Prolly hear this a lot but His album The Human Condition ends with “Hand of God” please listen to the whole album before hand if you do that one. It masterfully brings everything together 🙌
@-- I completely agree that song is my favorite song of all time for multiple reasons, I am getting my tattoo completed for it on july 12th cant wait 😁
@@andrewstevens4475 his montage his bo2 montage mane lemme tell you i’m 15 i watched his montage when it came out i just recently got back into Jon Bellion like ever since i i heard all time low i was hooked and it’s been in my life ever since
Well... a “pocket” is just where something sits on the track lol typically, what Jon likes to do is fit snares into a really unorthodox pocket that most people wouldn’t think of. But it makes his drum patterns super groovy. People dont think drums take a lot of creativity, but those people make boring drum patterns haha
I am ALL FOR the Jon Bellion train, I love your content dude. This track was the OG track that got me into Jon Bellion all the way back in '15, hyped to see your take on it!
Worth mentioning you say “production moving ear to ear” lots, just to make your life easier its called panning or to pan. Loving all the Jon lately, givin the Fam what they want ❤️
Its interesting what you say considering that this song hit the radio, went viral, and is what got a lot of people into Jon Bellion a few years ago haha
I swear you've done this one before, but after combing through your vids it looks like you haven't! It's probably time for a Jon Bellion playlist on the channel!!! Edit: I think the reason that I thought you've done this one before is that this song put Jon Bellion on the map for many people. It got a lot of radio play in 2017.
The “lie lie lie lie” reminds me of Paul Simon - The Boxer if I remember correctly. Makes sense since Paul Simon is one of Jon’s songwriting influences.
I remember this song randomly coming on my playlist freshman year of HS 4 years ago, and just falling in love with it and Jon as soon as the beat dropped. I’m so glad your finally reacting to this song.
The funny thing is, this isn't some B-Side conceptual track, this is one of his most popularized songs, and (I think) his *only* one to play on pop radio stations Personally I was introduced to Jon by his track "Munny Right" back in like 2015 or something like that. It still stands as one of my favorite songs of his.
I saw All Time Low in the thumbnail and immediately thought the band and not the Jon Bellion song. guess that’s what happens when you grow up listening to pop punk and alternative music
I saw him in concert before he released his privately released anime/cartoon/music in White River and it was one or the BEST concerts I’ve ever been to.
You might really enjoy to hear that Jon has mentioned that his song “Adult Swim” was just to prove to people that he can do a full rap track. And one of the reasons he wanted to prove that was just in case he decided to make a full rap album. So that’s a possibility in Jon’s future. He doesn’t like to stick to one sound, so you can bet that his next album will sound nothing like The Human Condition or GSP. He’s always evolving.
I think It'd be really cool if you reacted to some of Jon's 'Making of Videos' like for Guillotine or like reacting to the entire GSP doc for Patreon or something 🔥
Funny you say this isn't really radio music. This is his biggest song. I remember hearing this song all the time on the radio when it dropped. Can't wait for more Jon
I love Jon Bellion's music, glad to see you react to him. Might as well sub to your patreon and request you to watch one of his behind the scenes video because they're as fire as the music itself.
love your breakdowns! disregarding what ever genre! take a look at the production videos of JB on his channel, and you'll understand even more... it's so awesome how creative he is!
Ive followed Jon since his old mistake days. Honestly such a genius. PLEASE do a reaction to "Cocoon" and/or "Phantom's Return" by Guardin. I can't get enough of him lately and I'd love to hear your take.
Fun fact, he made this song from scratch in one day. Watch his "the making of ..." series for his music. Woodstock and Woke the F up are both banger songs he made during the same time as this song
The funny part is, he talked about how this song isn’t a “radio song” but it’s Jon’s most popular song and was on the radio for a while😂
3x Platinum and #16 on US Billboard HOT 100
yuuup. this and "Woke the F*ck up" was on radio all the time around 2015 here in Sweden. totally forgot about it until I discovered Jon about 2 years ago
Yeah I find that very interesting, especially since I heard another CZcamsr say the same thing
@@aab5425tt it is. not really shocked tho. the song was hella big in some places around 2015 and then nothing by Jon has been played on the radio since
it's also funny to me how fast he made the song too. seeing that he made it in such a short amount of time and it being as popular as it was is crazy
"It's not a radio track"
Ironically it's one of Jon's only songs to be on the radio haha
And beautiful now
@@kyleh397 id say beautiful now is more up zedds avenue but jon is the only main vocal there
Prolly hear this a lot but His album The Human Condition ends with “Hand of God” please listen to the whole album before hand if you do that one. It masterfully brings everything together 🙌
i'm pretty sure i would combust if there was a full album reaction and breakdown for THC and then GSP
@-- I completely agree that song is my favorite song of all time for multiple reasons, I am getting my tattoo completed for it on july 12th cant wait 😁
This is THE entry track for most people who got into Jon. Glad you got around to it! I hope you get to see the rest of his stuff!
fr. head it in a youtube video and been a fan since
Yeahh I got in with preoccupied but was really hooked when I heard this.
Truth, this song is how I found out about Jon
@Joel Sletten Shoutout FaZe Rain 😂😂

Honestly, most underrated reactor on CZcams and that’s a fact.. Unfortunately..
the way i screamed when you said there's more jon stuff coming. that is all i wanna hear
SAMEEE
Might become a patron just to request ‘Stupid Deep’ I already know you’ll love it
The acoustic version of this song and human(regular or acoustic) he has to do
@@johnsinnott5419 YES. both are absolutely incredible
That off beat feel is called "The pocket" its a big J Dilla thing, was one of his major influences.
Well... a “pocket” is just where something sits on the track lol typically, what Jon likes to do is fit snares into a really unorthodox pocket that most people wouldn’t think of. But it makes his drum patterns super groovy. People dont think drums take a lot of creativity, but those people make boring drum patterns haha

best hook off all time. and thats the TRUTH. i logged off minecraft for this reactin!
if you wanna see his genius first hand, he has a ton of “making of” videos on youtube. guillotine is my fav, you should react to one
Yes! Would be awesome for him to react to the mastermind at work
Seriously. Watching dude’s mind work is astonishing and crazy.
He already did guillotine go figure
Worth mentioning you say “production moving ear to ear” lots, just to make your life easier its called panning or to pan. Loving all the Jon lately, givin the Fam what they want ❤️
that song became a huge banger tho. im actually suprised you never heard it before
I love how during the bridge or whatever, he ran out of breath but still kept it in the track
Its interesting what you say considering that this song hit the radio, went viral, and is what got a lot of people into Jon Bellion a few years ago haha
its crazy to think he made this entire track in half of a day, just so he could spend the rest playing basketball with the boys. What a genius!
god this song got me through a LOT of shit
The Human Condition is an amazing album
I swear you've done this one before, but after combing through your vids it looks like you haven't! It's probably time for a Jon Bellion playlist on the channel!!!

“it’s not a radio track” he says 😂
I came across him when he was opening for TØP. Fell in love with his story telling.
Ernest honest to God. I feel like it's my birth week this week 😂😂😂
You gotta do the acoustic. When I saw it my respect for him as an artist went way up.
The “lie lie lie lie” reminds me of Paul Simon - The Boxer if I remember correctly. Makes sense since Paul Simon is one of Jon’s songwriting influences.
for sure! I think he mentions this in the Making Of video for this track.
YOU NEED TO HEAR THE ACOUSTIC VERSION!!! it's 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Imagine hearing this song for the first time again
One of the most slept on artists ever
This is classic Jon Bellion. Glad you got around to it. Check out Carry Your Throne if you haven’t already, as well

I love that your doing Job Bellion! He’s amazing!

Faze Rain is definitely part of the reason this song is so popular
I've been so happy that you've dived into Jon Bellion!! Are you or has anyone requested you listening to Woke the Fuck Up yet??? 😊😊 is a banger haha
I saw him in concert before he released his privately released anime/cartoon/music in White River and it was one or the BEST concerts I’ve ever been to.
Actually this song was on the radio for a while, even here in the Netherlands. Back in 2016/2017. Also it was no1 on Spotify top 50 for a while
All Time Low was the first Bellion song I ever heard and I've been hooked ever since
Surprised you’ve never heard this one, this song was huge
U should watch the making of All Time Low. Even the making of his album. He's a musical genius.
Jon always makes us feel happy.

I don’t know if you know this, but he opened for twenty one pilots during their 2017 concert tour
You should watch the live versions bro. He takes it to another level with a band
Another banger from Earnest
^_^ Bigger Vibes than on the average radio song ❤️ Great commentary reaction :) !
Yeeees sir. Love the Jon reactions. Keep em coming
and the acoustic version is amazing as well. def check it out 🔥
You absolutely have to do the acoustic, 1 shot nailed it, all a capella, and its BETTER than this
Love to see all the Jon Bellion reactions coming out!
Notice how throughout the song he starts gasping for air on the "lows" as hes getting lower and more tired
The “good in me” is one of my favorite songs from the same album
love your breakdowns! disregarding what ever genre!
take a look at the production videos of JB on his channel, and you'll understand even more... it's so awesome how creative he is!
You gotta do the acoustic version of the song!!!
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!!!!!!!
This was on the radio, broooo
Bro he put listening to Jon Bellion perfectly. "It makes me happy and I don't know why"
The acoustic version is straight fire.

He wrote this song in less than one day… and it ended up being one of his most popular songs ever
Bro that's Jon Bellion? Heard this song on the radio so many times.
So glad that I’m a person who got into Jon Bellion before All Time Low came out!
This actually his biggest song, it did get radio time
This song is old, listened to this years ago
Man I love your breakdowns.. i recommend you to listen/react Logic - Welcome to forever (feat. Jon Bellion). So good
Come back down is a great Jon bellion track that has a more mainstream type of production. Maybe not mainstream but more "normal"
LET'S GOOOOO❤️🔥
This is a certified banger
yo nice cropping of the lyric video. very cleannn
you know they toured with twenty one pilots. that's when i first got into jon bellion. they have a lot in come, him and tyler.
