psp go connection problem

I have been having problems connecting my PSP go to my computer. The PSP go has custom firmware, it is running 6.60 pro-c. I think that it might be missing drivers but I haven't had any luck looking for the drivers online. I've tried searching on CZcams how to connect the PSP go via USB and there isn't a video that shows the same problem. if anybody can help please comment and let me know.

You*re not the only one, Im a win 10 user and i have the same problem. When i put on the psp go in my laptop. The psp is not recogniezed. But in my work i have another laptop from the 2015 and it works in this. I dont Know what to do. I think that is the OS.
