Thanks very much! It'll probably be replaced. That is unless they re-mount it and manage to fix the loose wire within it that's not in the terminal, preventing it from sounding.
It was only a matter of time anyway, as that alarm was starting to sound a bit like Goring-By-Sea, producing a slightly faulty warbling tone. Besides, I don't think they'll bother replacing it, as I have a feeling this and Great Chesterford (Ickleton Road) LC might be removed in future, and they'll both end up like Ely Station LC.
Possibly at some point. Unlikely to be any time soon though. It all depends what they come up with as an alternative, as right now there are no other suitable routes that aren't massively long diversions.
Manningtree has seen loads of issues. Lorries ramming into barriers, a bus getting trapped on the Crossing, a tree falling a striking a train, a barrier getting bent, Manningtree is the prime spot for disasters Great video!

In this case it wasn't, though. I'd uploaded this about a week ago or so and scheduled it to go live today. I schedule all of my videos in advance.
