I was always suprised how many questions about the game you get, especially the ones that can be easily googled. Plenty of reddit posts about how to be a meta slave. Not surprised one would get tired of them.
I don’t mind answering questions. I like talking to people. But it gets to repetitive sometimes I get depressed at how many people are just looking for that free win :/

You answer those "whats the best.." questions exactly as they should be answered. Try having some individuality and just play what looks cool or fun to you. It's literally a medieval type fantasy dungeon crawler. HAVE SOME IMAGINATION. By the way, Tier lists are based on HIGHEST LEVEL OF PLAY ASSUMING ALL PLAYERS ARE OF EQUAL SKILL. Quit worrying about that with under 1000 hours in game lmao.
Don’t know why people are tripping so hard, I literally see nothing wrong with what you’re saying. Like just play the game and learn it. I try to explain it on stream but I literally get the same question every 5 minutes about “the best X” even while I’m still explaining the last identical question. The reality is it doesn’t matter what the best class is if you start the game with a poor learning foundation.
This is a type of game where you’re pretty much forced to use meta stuff or you’re just actively putting yourself at such a disadvantage, particularly with move speed.
If you don’t build move speed or max health on your kit, you’re genuinely just throwing

Nah youre right. This whole "Meta gaming" nonsense where people just search up everything and play how someone else suggests is just getting old. People know how to fight bosses(in all games) before ever seeing the boss in person because they look up guides. Its the worst.

I feel like this game is so untuned you don’t have much of a choice but only running meta.
Like for example running max hp on every single piece or a ton of true damage.
Most of the items and stats in this game are completely useless and there is no point in using.
Movement speed meta itself is completely broken. Been playing since playtest 1 and this game is is just as untuned as it was when all attributes existed.

It has to be tiring answering all the meta questions, everyone wants them easy kills instead of actually fighting and learning the mechanics and winning fights off of skill or plays that require some on the fly thinking or adaptation. These people end up reporting skilled players as cheaters every time their cheese 1-2 shot builds gets grilled 🤣😂

Should I just not use that one perk where it gives 10% bonus PDR? I don't know how it's calculated, but I feel like the one that makes your longsword block give you 50 armor rating AND magic resist ends up being more?
It almost sounds like a tradeoff between having a passive defense increase for convenience versus a much higher defense increase by forming good PVP habits?
Barricade is better than defense mastery, but defense mastery is always active. Defense mastery will save you from rogues when you're trading into their dagger hits, because you won't be parrying them.
if we never tell the new players what is meta we can make them stay free kills. 5Head (or they will uninstall)
