So rude of the entourage to tell her she's not wearing a veil. Good job to the consultant for supporting the bride about it!
I agree. Very rude
They were not rude,
@@mz8194 yes they were, they didn't want to her try a veil at all and I say keep an open mind, because that veil can make a big difference, they should be open and supportive just like the bride is.
If my fiancee and friends TOLD me I'm not wearing a veil, I would be single and friendless. I am absolutely adamant that I'm wearing my mom's veil when I get married.
Honestly, it looked more like an inside joke than anything else
If the bride wants a veil, she should get a veil. It is her day.
It kind of sounds like it might be an inside joke
They wanted some Canadian drama 😂. But its very tame 😂
"meeting her was all the luck I'll ever need" is so freaking cute
Rania is very good. Down to earth and focuses on the bottom line.
true I like her too
I really like her.
She is wonderful. 💜💜💜
This episode was so sweet. In my opinion Rania is the best bridal consultant on this show. So respectful and nice.
I was about to post the same thing! So kind, and she listens to & sticks up for her bride! Love her!
Love her hijab. Proud
i think they are all respectful and nice
"You look good, but I think you can look better," is such a good critique to move it forward w/o hurting the bride.
A mature bride with enough self confidence to stand up to her entourage and do what she feels is good for her. What a nice change. She looked beautiful in all the dresses!!!
The husband restored the peace about the veil thing when he just made a straight-forward joke. That was sweet. Some of the guests were being much too serious about their opinion. 🚩
yeah and I don't think their opinions mattered that much compared to her fiance and parents. Some ppl don't know how to draw the line
That's what happens when you take 40 people with you lol
The husband is adorable.
“May I kiss the bride” I DIED🥺
See how cute the groom is 🥺 he's the kind of man I want in my life; calm, soft spoken, supportive and funny🥺
Rania is true to herself, so she fights for what her bride wants!
Indeed. Her and Auntie Gok are my faves...well, and Jo and Al. I clearly watch too much of these. For I can't help myself.
@@dawnywarthog6642 Agree totally! Regards from Buenos Aires.
"We decided no veil" I'm sorry I missed the part where you were given the authority to decide ANYTHING here.
7:17 I think you missed the intent during that moment. It seemed to me very much that he said it tongue and cheek and was being playful about it. Especially considering the full laugh at the end of it. I appeared to be a joke. At least, that's how I took it.
Wow, her friend is rude! It’s not up to anyone else to decide about veils or anything else. Thank goodness this sweet bride has Rania on her side.
ugh. eye roll
A little too many opinions from others while she is the one who has to like the dress and wear it all day
I’m not bringing more than one person to my fitting. I’ll wear what I want to wear.
100% agree!! I would bring my mom and dad because they know me best and I value their opinion. Thats its, no one else
Great dress! I love the fact a beautiful one day dress isn't $2,000 and above!
Four dresses, each well under $1,000. In December 2022, $800 Canadian = less than 600 USD! So why - even in equally old episodes - do Kleinfeld's, Lori's Bridal & Confetti & Lace (London) typically show gowns at 5 to 10 times this price?
Both the bride and groom are adorable, and Rania is such a great consultant!
She's a genius!
For such a big entourage, they were actually pretty well united in helping the bride look her best. I totally took the “we decided no veil” comments from the family as an inside joke and they were teasing her.
I think the first dress was beautiful and I never saw one like that on this show. And the groom was so sweet you could totally accept him being there, haha.
I love Rania's quiet confidence. She has excellent taste, she makes the brides feel good by listening to them. I almost wish I could get married again so I could have her pick a gown for me!
True, Rania is great. But the stylist Joseph is inadequate everytime. The dress had greay clean, minimalistic look and the lace pattern made it not plain, but he spoiled everything with a banal belt. It's not styling or a good taste.
She looked lovely, and the groom is so sweet.
Rania is such a sweetie and wonderful consultant. This couple was just the cutest! The groom is completely twitterpated! Can we just talk for a minute about her being the only luck he needs and asking if he can kiss the bride???????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
She is a straight up genius.
How are they deciding that she isn't gonna wear a veil without even asking her whether she wants to wear or not??????? The hell??
She looks so beautiful
Gotta love that dad😂
I really love this consultant she is very calm, understanding and great at her job professional.
Personally, I loved dress number 2 on Melissa. Having said that, everything looked amazing on her! I hope she got to wear her veil.
Right? Dress 2 and 3 looked amazing on her. Though dress 3 didn't have a nice beach feel to it. The first dress if the back didn't have that open bit, would have been really nice too. The lace dress is nice and I feel if everyone else liked the 2nd dress she probably would have gotten that one.
The dress on the 2nd bride was amazing
I usually hate when the fiancé is with but he loves her so much that I loved him ❤️
She has the most loving personality!
Be happy Mellisa and Marcel!
The lace dress was perfect for her. And I hope she wears a veil because it looked beautiful with the dress.
" we decided no veil for you " like wtf ? girl run ! And get whataver the hell you want to wear !
I was thinking the exact same thing
I actually preferred the first dress (if they had closed the back) and the second dress was perfect. The entourage should have been more supportive. I am glad that she found a dress that she loves. Her fiancee is so lovely and was so sweet.
I actually liked the 2nd one better.
Agreed! 3 was nice also but not for a beach wedding. Dress 1 with a closed back or dress 2 were perfect. Maybe 2 moreso cause less bling. I think if people hadn't said no she would have gone for it
Yes, I think the first dress was the best for the beach and she looked stunning. Even with a veil should have looked perfect.
The bride to be has an awesome personality and the dress is as bubbly as she is. Great choice and kudos for standing your ground about the veil.
Woow she is so cool bride .. I like when she laughed 😂
Love this couple they are so sweet
1:00 Best line in the ENTIRETY of Say Yes to the Dress...E-V-E-R!! He's a keeper 🙂
I actually loved the first one, thought it was perfect for a beach wedding cuz the back reminded me of a bathing suit. Imo perfect beach wedding dress.
Just what a bridal gown appointment should be. Fun and honest and supportive. Great entourage.
Melissa just made me so freaking happy! Her cheerful personality is so contagious
He's definitely the best groom I've seen on this show... and maybe the only one who hasn't been banned
Although I think the dress the first bride chose was pretty.. the first one was just stunning on her. I'm sad her "best friend" was so rude.
This episode is the perfect picture of the simple, easy-going, drama-free, grounded and tolerant Canadian society.
Oh please! I am Canadian! There is a lot of shitty people here too! Tolerant how? The rest of Canada always ostracizes Quebec, the language, the politics, the citizens, don’t be a hypocrite about tolerance in Canada, actually tolerance is no match for respect, your affirmation is flawed!
And don't forget liberal
The grass isn't always greener on the other side.
@@bigrivtodagled8210 as if Quebec likes the rest of Canada! They booted out English families in my teens that had lived there for generations. Then moved on to separation attempts. Now in 2021 Trudeau gives Quebec any new companies like Moderna that come to the country. We don't hate Quebec we ignore it because we know how much we are hated in Quebec.
I live in Canada, btw. For those who say that I don’t know this country.
Ok this just me cry happy tears! The fiancé was just so real about how they were meant for each other 💕
I love the bride's attitude. She is so postive and takes all the feedback from her entourage so sportingly. Beautiful bride inside and out 💕
The consultant is so calm and know what she have to do.
Sparkly bride. Neat romance. Perfect dress...and veil!!
Beautiful dresses all under budget, good work by the consultant!
I absolutely love this stylist she is the sweetest kindest person to be helping brides make that very important decision. The bride is absolutely gorgeous in that lace gown what a perfect veil.
The fiance in this is so sweet. I see why she'd fall in love with him
I think the belt actually took away from the beauty of the ruching on the dress.
i luv this consultant, she knows what she is doing
I love Consultant RANIA .....she is a GEM 💕
She is so lovely, and sooooooo good at her job! ❤
I love this consultant. She one of the best.
I've seen the 3rd dress twice in this show and it looks different! Rania really know her work!
The best episode so far where I only smiled .. great entourage, such a lovely n positive bride who smiled n laughed at every comment be it negative or positive..groom was so adorable, loving n positive too! They make a wonderful couple! Congratulations n best wishes to them ❤️🎊🎉
"Too many cooks spoil the broth" said it all. I've been married twice and my first husband chose my wedding gown. But he wasn't wearing it. My second husband insisted on a veil--which I didn't want. The bride needs to choose, much easier with very few people there, and NO groom.
In the '80s it was a thing to get a simple wedding dress as your going away dress you changed into right before you left for the honeymoon. THAT one I loved, and I picked it out alone. I told my second husband a veil was a token of virginity--which it once was, once upon a time. I figured he'd never know. He didn't. I told him if I wore a sign of virginity it would burst into flames. He still insisted.
When I got my wedding dress it was just me and my fiancé at the appointments. Nothing wrong with the groom being there.
It;s sad. i hope your husbands didn't control everything in life you did and wore.
@@sme7385 First one did and second one tried. I had enough and made changes I wanted--which included divorces. Also new religion, degrees, career, and style.
Consultant is so gooood with the clients.
The first dress looked good. It was perfect for a beach wedding, imo.
The veil looks beautiful on her!
say yes to the dress india is also coming soo exicted
Is it?
whaaaaat!?!? that is exciting!
Woow
Is it??? Are you serious??
REALLY
It's nice to see her parents holding hands. How much is the veil?
The way they talked about each other, beautiful.
Style fit and draping is gorgeous but the pattern in the lace is ugly.
I agree. It was a weird pattern. I liked the 2nd dress better, but then again, I'm not the bride.
@@MLMLW also liked the second better
I like the consultant Rania. She is so sweet and helfpul. Really great.
I like the brides outfits.....all of them so nice and stylish.
The pattern of the lace also reminds me of water and beach which is perfect for her destination wedding
For some reason strapless wedding gowns always make me nervous and I feel like even spaghetti straps would be necessary for support.
Aww, so sweet the fiancé said that about luck
Too many consultants. Just take fiancé. Why do friends think the dress has to please them.
Rania does such a great job. 👏👏👏👏
I always enjoy seeing Rania work her magic! :)
Stunning dress, glad she stuck with the veil! After all, she IS the *Bride!*
BEAUTIFUL episode 😍😍😍
I can feel the love.
Yet again, the entourage got the dress that they wanted.
The veil is absolutely adorable on her 😍✨
Sweet bride but too many opinions. Dress is perfect. So is Marcel!
She is the Best because she listens to her Bride...
Not up to the others to tell her that she can't wear a veil. Her fiance shouldn't be there while she's trying on gowns
I'm over the moon that lace is in style again, both brides were so beautiful!
She looked like a million bucks in an $800 dress. Gorgeous.
The groom was so cute😂😂❤️
I like the consiltant! Respects the bride budget
I would've told them to leave one by one. Nobody tells the bride what she should choose for HER special day. PERIOD!!!
She is so beautiful with dress 3 & 4 I love the bride’s beautiful and cheerful personality🙌🏾😊❤️
Her friends need to stop picking everything apart. Get that veil
What a gorgeous sweet couple that seem really made for each other. I hope they are happy together forever
Compared to the 23 year olds on the show, she's very mature.
Thank God she didn't say "He's my best friend..." I like her already. She's an adult.
And $800 What a wonderful price. Good for her!! Best episode ever!!!!!!
What a beautiful bride, inside and out. Love her personality!
She looks gorgeous in everything she put on, but the dress she chose plus the belt was just WOW! Wishing the cute couple all the best in their marriage.
Consultant is one of my favorites. She always keeps her brides wishes in mind. I think they were saying no veil because it was a beach wedding. A lot beach brides wear flowers in their hair. What I don’t understand is why brides bring so many people to their appointment. Especially fiancés and in-laws. My mom and my sister. Their opinions were all I that mattered to me.
It’s really nice to see a bride not break the bank for a change AND a consultant who actually respects the budget! Rania is a great consultant! She’s calming to a
nervous bride and really listens to what the bride says but also isn’t afraid to gently push outside the box a bit like with this lace.
I liked them 4th one. It was beautiful. The belt and veil made it perfect.
Good job standing up for your veil, girl!
Awweee what sweet couple! God bless you both!
Her parents are so cute🥺
Such an adorable couple ❤️love is in the air
As an academic marrying at 30, I didn't want a veil myself. If I'd decided on one, my family members would have told me bluntly that it didn't suit. However, I would have insisted on my own preferences, regardless. All brides should.
Helen Hunt vibes! Beautiful bride!
I liked the second dress most
SHE doesn't want a veil...oh but YES she does!!!!
What a lovely, lovely couple!🥳
Just goes to show, one does not have to spend thousands, so gorgeous! ❤
Dress #1 would have looked perfect for a beach wedding. For a second there, i got confused as to who the bride was -- "WE have decided on no veil" 🤪
She looked great in everything, but the final dress was stunning on her. ❤️
The bride needs to stop being a people pleaser
