Being in Australia, I have found reviews like yours, as well as others in Malaysia and India (etc), to be far more relevant than just relying on stuff out of North America, as they tend to lean too much on big, heavy, expensive bikes. True, my last bike was a Goldwing GL 1000, but you can often get more out of something lighter, between 250cc and 700cc.
Good work, and I am glad I came across your channel. 😊
Thanks for watching buddy! You are right that sometimes you can get more out of smaller cc motorcycles. Like off roading or city commuting, sometimes the smaller and lighter bikes make a big difference. 😄👌
American are salty as hell when it comes to sensible stuff.
Anything that doesn't have a big ass engine and makes and makes stupid amount of power, they dont like it
@@ajaychoudhary9817 I'm American and ride a Rebel 300 to commute to work. I have to say it's on the edge of what is safe to ride on the highway and keep up with traffic, but it does it. This bike looks great, like it ripped off Royal Enfield Meteor. I'd have one if I was in the market.
It's a symptom of our urban design unfortunately. I own a 350cc and it works for me cause I live in Chicago; But the majority of US urban areas are still interstate/highway/route dependent. It is notttt a good feeling to have any car breathing down your neck while you're fully on the throttle in 5th barely going 60mph, let alone a Ford F150 or some other lifted truck. So I can feel for why most here gravitate towards them.
Big ups to Honda and Yamaha for kinda holding down the low displacement market Stateside with the rebel and mt03. KTM, Royal Enfield, Husqvarna, and now Triumph with their recent announcement really starting to bring the heat our way in the last 10 years or so
We like what works best! I have a liter bike and a CBR300R for town. And if I’m going up on the interstate I take the big bike it’s a GSX-S1000! I also have 5 cars I take the one that fits what I’m doing that day best! And in two of those cars I have full stereo systems my dodge has a all Jl sound quality system and my work car has a DC audio SPL system built to be loud! I’m actually doing a new system in my mustang new edge! Already installed a high output alternator!
Jesus so much more relevant info than on local channels. Service intervals, pillion handling, fuel efficiency, stuff you never hear about when high gloss showoff is marketing the next fireblade. Kudos to this channel...
Thank you for watching buddy 😊❤
I am from India and a very proud owner of GB350 (It's called CB350 here). Most amazing light weight bike with superb performance, stability and comfort.
Man I am so jealous. We don't have them in EU.
@@slawomirkulinski And the good part is unlike the Australian version Indian version is not electronically limited. Indian version can touch 145 kmph+
I had a Honda CB250 designed like that in 1988, i loved it then, it is a great bike now well done Honda
Pretty good commuter bike. Nice and light single, low maintenance costs. I like it.
I agree. Looks good, too.
It's not light, but definitely much lighter than any other cruiser.
@@Farhan_049for the last time bhai cb350rs/gb350 is not a cruiser. its just a standard thumper
@@yawg333 It's the love child of a cruiser and a scrambler. Ended up being..... Anybody's worst guess?🤷🏻♂️
Edit - I know the right word - "Crumbler"!
It's a good looking bike, very much reminiscent of the 70's CBs. I'd have one if they just had a _bit_ more power, 40-45 would be the sweet spot I think.
yes indeed. I love the 70's look, but then of course that is when i began my love of motorcycles and got my first in 1975, a Honda XR 75 enduro
I would really like this in a 500cc.
Hello Im from India. I own the bike. its 21 BHP, Top speed 140KMP :)
Would love a review of the XSR700 and XSR900 since Jake has one too. Thanks for the great video guys!
Indeed, I agree.
Beautiful machine + a reliable work horse 😱😱❤️🔥❤️🔥‼️‼️
Nice bike! Hey, Honda, please bring this bike to North America! The 350 is great, but a 471cc parallel twin option would also be great for this market. 😄👍🎆
Just what we'd like in England, which means it won't be on sale here 🤔
but you can get the Royal Enfield Classic 350 which is also an excellent motorcycle
@@petejones1957 funny you should say that , as that's what I have ( well the meteor ) it's a fantastic bike 👍
Same for ever here in the US :(
Beautiful classic Honda, great looking bike really all you need
Looks very good. But 20hp is a no go for me. Although fuel efficiency of 40kmpl is a treat to have. Good for delivery too.
How, if you're not Royal Enfield, do you only get 20 bhp from a 350? that's a skill in its own
@TommyTucker0 I believe The bike was actually specifically made for the Indian market as a direct competiton to the REs, because all the RE 350s sell huge numbers in India. So they only had to aim to slightly outperform the benchmarks RE bike.
Lower power for a fixed displacement also means lesser stresses to account for in material quality so it keeps the costs low as well. They needed to aim specifically for the REs price segment in the Indian market.
You do some highway riding, eh mate?
I guess a max speed of 105kph is rather pushing the engine too much.
The Indian counterpart does 130 as a top speed. 105 is a smooth spot for this bike tbh. I don't know why they're stressing at 105 kmph.
horsepower has nothing to do with acceleration or speed, only torque. Which is why a Honda CBR 150 does 220 kmh and a harley 1200 sportster only does 175
This is the most beautiful naked motorcycle Honda has made in a long long time. But it's a 350 cc single cylinder with 20 HP? Only 20 HP? What? It's top speed is 105 KPH, less than a 125 cc motorcycle? What? I'd rather buy a 125 cc it's less expensive and faster.
He is saying it all wrong , the bike has a long stroke engine which means it has torque low down below but Unlike RE Classic 350 this being a Honda loves being revved . It has a top speed of 140kmph or more. It has tall gear ratios which is typical Honda 😅.
I had a 1971 CB350. It got me to/from school and work for many years.
That was the classic of classics. My older brother had an orange one, in 1971
Finally a good looking classic styled Honda. If only we got it in US and 500cc,i swear if buy it.
Refreshing to see such a fun, enjoyable review, well done! Also, it kills me that this bike is still unavailable in europe.
It's a beatiful looking bike. You are lucky in Asia because this is not available in Europe. 🏍👍
That fuel cap is exactly almost the same as the old TA200 phantom
Love your honest, spec-filled videos. Keep it up.
Thank you !! We apreciate it
105 km/h is dangerous for any freeway never mind Malaysia.
Cant be 105, that is what my 125cc CBR Honda top speed is ahah
The bike is available in India and it can go 120. There are videos showing an indicated top speed of 140 on CZcams. The bike is known as honda cb 350 in my country India.
105 km/hr?? Dude, that's 62 miles an hour. The backroad traffic around here moves at least that fast.
My 2007 CBF250 single does 120km/hr easy.
Lol, my bike does 80km in first gear.
The new Triumph 400 single puts out 39.5 HP and the Honda 350 being only a little smaller is 20 HP. Not very often you can make a Honda look bad, but this does.
20 bhp is about the limit for a single cylinder 350cc air cooled engine, given modern emissions regulations. Boost the power and you will initially need to cool the oil: boost it more and you need water-cooling. More complexity, more weight and more stuff to go wrong.
My first thought when I saw this is that its pretty much a Royal Enfield Hunter 350...
If you want 40 hp then why not just get a bigger engine?
Great vid as always! Would love to have reviews on Zontes bikes like the GK 350 or the V310.
I have the same bike in India and I've taken it to almost 140km/h on the highways. Was it's already low power reduced even more internationally?
yes Singapore they restrict the speed. Thailand our Enfields and other bikes also are unrestricted power like in India bro. Singapore is not free like we are
@@AjarnSpencer kinda reminds me of the time the Indian government banned the yamaha RD350 cause it was "too fast" for the cops to catch up with. Now we can buy fast bikes and only have to pay 100% import duty on the value + 60% road tax and insurance on top of the new value
i own one! good enuff for sg roads. you could full throttle every gear and still stay safe on sg. roads. better riding a slow bike fast.😊
La plus belle de la catégorie ! Vite, importez-là en France ! Thank's !!
I like your video style .great job
wow review with the new studio! looking good!
It’s selling around SGD6000~6500 in Japan and we have to pay $14000 in Singapore. The difference is more than double. Though it’s my dream bike but I’m not that stupid to pay that kind of money.
$$$$ import taxes...Sg doesnt subsidize gasoline also
A class 2a with class 2b power and almost class 2 price. Very bad spot.
@@fidelcatsro6948 You mean import tax $8000? Come on, we are not kids. Who you trying to fool?
Just here to let all buyers know that the import tax for motorcycle/scooter is 12%
@@maxtan7857 import tax, cat tax, and other hidden taxes with glorified names attached and shop profit
Nice fun video. wish we got small honda s in canada
Around $14000 without COE? Seriously that’s a rip off. The dealer surely isn’t honest at all.
yes coe and machine prices today are ridiculous...my suzuki bandit1200cc was only 14.5k machine price in 2008...shes still around today hitting almost 100k km soon
It costs 3200$ in India , same bike with 140 kmph top end
Hey Winston - nice review, thanks!
I have a Honda CB300R street naked style bike. I would guess that the 350cc engine in the GB350 was derived from this. It has been seriously detuned - 20bhp at 5500 rpm !!! In Europe, most people who buy a bike of this engine size and weight would expect at least 30bhp, and possibly nearer 35-36bhp for a bike released in 2022.
Still there's nothing wrong if you want to ride along the highways at 90-100km/h or so, this bike should do it, but the engine doesn't have much in reserve at these speeds, especially in a bike that weighs around 180kg wet.
It's a nice commuter bike, sure, but it's difficult to compete with the Royal Enfield 350 bikes (Meteor and Hunter) at almost half that price.
And half mileage
@@osho782 What do you mean? The Meteor's mileage seems similar to the GB350. The Hunter falls slightly under both but is great value for money.
@@spittyrides from personal use cb350 mileage was around 43 on highways and meteor around 30
Half the price, 5 times less quality
Honda needs to release this to other SEA countries!
Great looking bike Honda. Clean, classic Honda. I want one.
105 kph only? Its a 2b bike with class 2a maintenance.
Air cooled ma…
maintenance will be very low because of its single cylinder engine..
@@Heng12121 140
@@fidelcatsro6948 140
The GB350 and the CT125 are two motorcyles that should sell very well in the EU but somehow Honda refuses to sell them there.
Hope to look forward if u guys able to get a chance to do a review on the 2022 Yamaha XSR 900. 😊
we will look into it buddy!
my suzuki cabchai 110cc from 2002 did 110kph !
A very very good video. Thank you
Is this a direct competitor to the Royal Enfield 350s which have a similar look and are 20hp?
Great review. Love it. So detail. This bike will enter malaysia's market soon. But, the HP is low but acceptable since it focus on retro, style and comfortable riding. I have honda CB250R it has 27HP and max speed of 170KM/ H. Now i know why i don't need to upgrade my bike.
Seriously i will enter malaysia? Don't give me false hope 😞
@@botakpower13 yes for sure. But dont know when. Honda already show this bike in the last kl bike show. And i already ask honda big wing sales person. And they confirm it.
Beautiful machine+ a reliable work horse 😄❤🔥❤🔥🤟🌟🌟
Finally more 2A neo-retros.
Tons of 125cc cab flying all over MY hwy - this one should be very OK !
Great review! I wish these were available in California :(
How I wish they made something like this for 2b.
How come CB350s twins in the early 70s produced 35 to 40hp with carburetors and analog points.... oh twin cylinders instead of tractor motors.
Yamaha 330cc twin makes 39hp.
My CB250RS had 28bhp in 1982 !
The new Triumph 400cc bikes are putting out 40bhp , if Honda can get the power closer to that they'll have a competitive bike .
Hello, another Aussie here. I'm guilty, we ride ridiculous motorcycles here, we would be better off with a more laid back lifestyle. :)
Not sure what it is....but I love the Malaysian accent! I think I can safely say that of all the Southeast accents for English....it handedly the easiest to listen. I'm Vietnamese...and lemme tell yah, our english is not easy on the ears.
Balanced lookin machine. Single cylinder makes good sound. Maximum speed must be more than 105km/hour. I have Honda Monkey 2022 125cc model capable nearly same speed.
Its a classic looking Honda seventies-eighties style but intends to compete with the Royal Enfield classic and hunter, much like triumph with their new 400 line. Nice bike but i wouldn't pay the extra 5800 Singaporean dollars it costs in SG, because thats 5800 more than we would pay for the same bike in Thailand. I would not give the SG Gov. 5800 bucks for free, especially since they are denying my son his rights to article 10 of the world convention on the rights of the child and do not allow him to leave his own country from age 6 to age 16, which is a human rights crime he cannot even leave Singapore to come see his dad. So xxcl Singapore its a poop hole of hidden corrupt government officials pretending to be the squeaky clean nation it isn't. The can't even answer or explain how case FC/OSG 139/2015 Guardianship of Infants act was unlawfully deleted by a Judge without signed notice or permission (NOD) from the person who filed it, making Singaporean Judge guilty of treason. So i definitely wouldn't pay double price for this bike just to let Singaporean Politicians who are kidnapping my son, drink expensive Chinese Tea in the Raffles after the Minutes of the Masonic Lodge Closes

If only Malaysia changed their license classifications, we might get these bikes.
Cant you buy here in Thailand register it here and just drive or send it over once a year and keep it as a foreign bike in MY? My dad was a conman he had his UK car in Spain, the Spanish car in Belgium and the Belgian car in UK before EU. So they couldn't check his renewal and he never did. Free! In this case however, you would be pay8ing the tiny costs of registration in Thailand and just drive it in to MY .. you will only get checked for full or empty petrol tank thats all. You can own a Thai bike and keep it in Malaysia bro, it is an often used legal workaround
@@AjarnSpencer I think we can keep it only for two weeks in Malaysia. Must exit after that. There are some restrictions on the insurance too. If not for this we all will be riding Thai registered bike in Malaysian street. Anyway good luck to your dad, brilliant chap.
We have it as the CB350RS here in India.

Royal Enfield should be proud Honda is building a Meteor clone.
I want to see the 350 Four!
This vs RE classic 350. Which would u choose?
I'd pick the Honda for it's larger fuel tank and cast wheels. But if you were asking to compare the Honda GB350 with the RE 350 HUNTER, then it would be a tough choice.
The RE Classic without hesitation! Looks better, goes faster and is more sturdy.

This new Honda looks very similar to Royal Enfield HNTR 350
Very nice bike. But 20hp is dangerously slow had it been 30 ish 5hen it would be sweet little ride.
You should tell us how big the rider is to give us a sense of scale.
Have the same bike in India. Top speed is 140km/hr.
Hi! Would like to ask, is this bike comfortable for long distance ride like 200-300km? :)
An improved Rebel 300? A bit more speed, better looking.
Great review 😅
All You Need To Know About The Honda GB350
Not All I need to know. How the Hell do I get one in the US???
Honda should give more power & 6 th gear! Power to weight ration is bad 😞
Is it coming to the USA?
Please reduce back ground music, its too fast and tooooo loud..thanks
Thanks for the feedback. We will work on it 😄👌
Why this is not available in UK
this bike was created to fight roayl enfield 350 series actually in india its called highness cb350 and cb350rs
Totally wrong to talk about speed performance on this kind of bike. This is an easy urban cruiser, people don't race with this. You don't need crazy brake rotors or calipers as this is not a speed monster. As for maintenance I can only see engine oil change, drive chain maintenance and replacement as scheduled. Nothing much else to fiddle around. Tyres, spark plug, filter and battery are the other normal stuffs. Honda can't go wrong on the reliability of this engine. A very good competitor in the Indian Market if the price is also competitive.
The license plate is partying like crazy
POSSO IMPORTARLA IN ITALIA? QUAL'È LA PROCEDURA? E' BELLISSIMA!!!! VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL!
good review
Only 105km/h? I would get murdered on my freeway to work!
and...they got the fuel tank wrong. Dammit...nearly perfect ike otherwise. Why?
Unfortunately it will never see Canada and the U.S.A.
Hello,
Will Tri333ple be reviewing Honda CMX1100 Rebel in the near future?
Yeah! I'm interested in that bike as well, though I'm only halfway through P-plate 😅
We will look into it! Noted with thanks!
Malaysia highway speed limit is 110, ok what ?
I know Singapore is a wealthy place, but isn't 14k SGD$ (10K US$/€) really expensive for a small displacement bike ?
Yes it is expensive. 😨
Available in the USA?
Nice looking motor bike.
Much too low powered. My rule of thumb is 10hp for every 100cc. so this should be in the 30 - 35 hp range. It should cruise at 70mph (112kph) with a top end around 90-95mph (145 - 150kph).
Asia market only?
How can it do only 105 km/h? That's 125cc speed.
you are late honda !!! bring this love to europian market asap
i wish honda malaysia will bring it in
hope so too!
hii i just want to ask when will the retro wave cashcard will be available
They are out of stock at the moment. Stay tuned for updates we are working on new merch
@@tri333ple ok sure thank you so much

When is it coming to uk?
105 is dangerous on Malaysian highway? People doing almost 200 especially riders from over the causeway. They're doing fine..... At any speed, if you are careless, you're dangerous. Please be careful.
Is the shift action a single or double?
depends if you take one person or two to bed with you... LOL
No tacho ?
Phew 360,736.94 Thai Baht???? thats a lot more expensive in Singapore than here in Thailand Bro! (like 150,000 Baht too much!) = 5800 sgd too much bro!! ill send you one form here per ups haha its 5800 dollars cheaper! Wow!!! They put a big government tax markup on there just like my dodgy overcharging lawyers in Singapore at Carson Law chambers (not recommend!!). Great classic bike. In Thailand all bikes can do a good 40kmh more than Singapore issues. The Enfield Classic does 140 kmh in Thailand. My Enfield scram 411 does 140 kmh easily (same as an Enfield Classic 350). I can do 120 on a Honda dream 125, and my Yamaha XSR 155cc does 145 kmh, and the Honda CBR 150 does 200kmh ++ But then you can't test drive in Singapore under such speed conditions, you wold get fined.
Yes we got the top speed number from the dealer. 350cc should do much faster than that!
