Glad Matt is feeling so much better, sorry the Aliyah is having trouble sleeping, that sleeping aid is really good, I have too use because I have sleep insomnia and it helps me a lot.

I have been a big fan of the channel for as long as I can remember, I think the reason Aliyah finds it hard to go to sleep is probably because she enjoys to just be in her room at night doing her own things , she does two YT channels and barely has time for herself, btw don’t come for me I love there channel I just feel like it’s not gonna be fixed by melatonin or counselling, however when I had light insomnia I would not be able to sleep till like 2:00 in the morning and it was not good , however my parents and I decorated and renovated my whole room to make it more cosy to sleep in that’s another option you can try. I hope it gets sorted out as soon as possible ❤

A suggestion for aliyah is there’s a noise it’s called brown noise she could try brown noise it helps me sleep
