Somebody Put Something In My Drink - Tavastia 2014

In the end of 2014 we did a small tour in Finland called Bodom Xmas Bash. One of the shows was part of the legendary New Years celebration aka Helldone -festival that took place in Tavastia, Helsinki. Here’s a small memory of that show.

There he was. The coolest lead guitarist and vocalist of any band in my opinion. He had it all. Presence, Energy, Charisma and last but not least Wildness. There will never be another " WildChild " like the original Alexi. Wish he was still among us. But wherever he may be now. I truly hope it's a better place for the maestro. Shame on the guy who fought over a damn band name and left Alexi to do boom after midnight. Shame on cob for trying to capitalize on the fan's sadness by selling merch new merch based on remembering Alexi when they know damn well they're just riding off of the legacy and creativity HE left behind. Most in bodom were replaceable, Alexi, was not.
