    Sir In RTC layout is showing as BDA, People have constructed houses and living for years,,, Will BDA acquire developed layout in future? Almost 7 acres is showing as BDA

      You would get 300 sqft more space to build house, also you can give enough set back, can plan 3 BHK in ground floor if required, you would have enough parking space etc

      @@realitybiteskarnataka What is the government price per square foot? Based on that, how much development has been done on the layout to justify the price? Otherwise, it is a foolish or pocket-draining investment for sure.

      @@juandase5929 Be practical sir, no developer will sell sites for govt price. Just assume you own a site in that neighborhood wherein market price is 5000/sqft would you sell it for 2000/sqft ?

      To judge a true value of property is to based on government value + plus development charges evenly.
      Today buying a land is only beneficial for in children (Is the current trend running generally).
