Your letoff going into 8 was getting better each lap, that ia a huge chunk of time. Also, there is a straightaway between 8 & 9 ( time to be made up there as well)
Apex 8 a little later and you wont feel like your about to go off the track. Then you can just pin it through there. Where you are going 103 it should be over 140. You can go much faster through 2 also. It doesn't seem like it but you can once your suspension is set to absorb the bumps and track straight. And be careful of that lazy downshifting into 3. Rev match and do it quicker. Miss a gear and you could have a problem there (they made a poster out of my crash there). Just fixing 8 and 2 you could shave 3-5 seconds. There is some time in 3-4-5 too but you are not too far off there. Thanks for sharing Brings back memories!
