## Ninja - is pretty much the model of balance i am aiming for with the other characters rn. i think he's in a good place, but feel free to tell me i'm wrong
Ninja is too fast and does too much damage. It's hard to get a good read in and it's even harder to stop his options. Ninja is in the spot where cowboy used to be, Ninja gets one good read and all of your hit points are gone.
The normal anime battles are like 10x cooler than the competitive ones, just like most other competitive scenes its a waiting game for the other person to do the first wrong move, big sadge would have hoped to be way more over the top with cool moves and stuff, but that is only my opinion, good job on the gameplay and editing!
This is one of the first games that I will be around for all the meta building and changing (usually i dont care enough), and I'm already scared of what's to come, especially with mang0- I mean elucard
dose anyone know if the top matches are recorded outside of the replay? while the replay is always impressive, I feel looking into each players decision making in the moment would be really beneficial for newer players looking up at the skill ceiling.
Looks like since the cowboy nerfs you've been playing waay more on ninja. It would be kind of funny ig ivy sly just kept nerfing whichever character you play/buffing the ones you dont until youve played and mastered every character lol. I eagerly await the day we can see the rise of a top player who mains robot + wizard to be a rival to you
My understanding (as someone pretty new) is that it offers a quick escape tool if an attack comes your way. You can decide on your turn if you want the hook to pull or not, so having the option there adds another mindgame
@@TheRectangularCircle In addition, dash gives really good frames, sometimes better than waiting, so if you have a grapple, you can pull and dash for better frames while staying still
The next person I catch saying anything even remotely close to "ninja is underpowered" is getting their kneecaps shattered with their own keyboard in roblox.
If you could cancel it voluntarily it'd be a lot better. As it stands if you get hit after casting it, you will turn into a punching bag until the duration of magnetise runs out.
I remember really well that one day someone used magnetize on me and got a combo going, I used my burst and because of the magnetize I was like +40 and got to combo him to death lol
we should not have let the meta develop

More balanced than impale + quick draw or magic middle + hover or command every single one of robots moves

I think if the opponent manages to get a combo going its REALLY bad for you
every time someone has used magnetize against me it ended badly for them, it basically gives every character a less precise grappling hook vs robot
voluntarily pulling ninja into quick slash range is a death sentence, against everyone else it's fine I guess if you don't get hit
