you can do that with literally anything
and with the help of a mod, you can lock, unlock, open and close doors, and much much more with the same menu (that does include vehicles)

It's part of the extended properties addon. It adds a load more stuff to the context menu property list.
It was also made by one of the developers of Garry's Mod.
