A fan since ‘98. Saw them for the first time at the lost horizon. Staind, Cold, Incubus, and Limp Bizkit. Only paid 15 bucks for those tickets!!! Only black dude in the club that night🤘🏾🤘🏾
Well I can't ever really believe No one was sent to get me And I feel like I'm being erased No one got left here, I'm all alone, No one was sent to get me I'm all alone, no one got left here But I'm fine, No one got left here, Well I'm fine, No one got left here, I can't even breathe when I see, The pictures sent without you, And I feel like I'm being erased, No one got left here I'm all alone, no one was sent to get me, I'm all alone, no one got left here, I'm so sick of this terrible instinct It's so hard now just to find you So sick of the terrible instinct, I can only find you

I was shocked when I heard this song on that movie. I was 12 years old and watching it with my family and I had listened to this song many times before seeing it.
I saw them for free on the backside of a concert that headlined Godsmack, Trapt, Seether, Evanescence, and Saliva back home in Austin. Summer 2003. We saw Cold and Smile Empty Soul opened up for them at The Metro on 6th Street. What a time to be alive.

Our loved ones want us to live our best lives. They know that we shall all be reunited. They are okay. Look after yourself. Wishing you Divinely blessed and ever guarded and guided by your Angels.
Just saw Cold tonight in Pensacola Florida with my wife and they were great as always!! I first saw them back in 1999 or 2000 along with Staind and Adema in Pensacola. I can't believe it's been over 20 years now and Scooter is still awesome with strong yet melodic vocals. One of the best post grunge, hard rock, metal bands of all time!! They played year of the Spider start to finish and several other hits. Cold army for life!!
This song was on the movie a Walk to Remember..yet it doesn't show up in the youtube soundtrack...took me some time to find this song again..and then again..and then again..
This song has a very personal meaning for me. When I was little my Mom and stepdad were violent and addicted to drugs. When I was 5, my half-sister's father filed for full custody of her and won. I didn't see her again for years and missed her terribly ("I can't even breathe when I see the pictures sent without you"). I felt like a little nobody that was left behind and unwanted. I wanted someone to come for me too ("I can't even really believe no one was sent to get me") I did "feel like I was being erased" by abuse, isolation and bullying every day. I finally left at 19 but I've struggled so much as an adult with mental health issues. I still feel like no one.
This song is on LOOP! I love COLD ❤! His voice pierces through me like steel through skin ❤️🖤❤️…Not gonna lie his eyes too ❤️🔥… Talented group and props to the bassist , isn’t easy finding another female who enjoys playing bass 🤘🏼 🎸
Here in 24 … going to take my girls to their first metal concert in may and it will be to see this band as headliner. Just popped up this morning and just Sunday my 13 year old and I were listening to 13 ways in complete while working on a puzzle. Going to be a great experience
Thanks Kevin Maloney I must point out what i'm sure you already know, "End of the world" from Cold is also a very inspiring song and video. So much so it can bring tears to my eyes at times. Not because i hate everyone. Because i love Jesus Christ(My God) and wait for him to be sent for me. I wait for the day when he and his army pay this world a visit. The Great And Terrible Day Of The Lord will soon take place. I promise you Kevin, Jesus Lives. When they asked my lord Jesus "What must we do to be saved" He didn't give them a huge list of do's and don'ts, He simply said "Believe that i am he" (the perfect sacrifice for your sins and mine.

Damn, i still remember watching this back when it came out on mtv2 and thinking that what a cool drummer they have, he kinda looks like Gado from bloody roar 😄
I grew up listening to Scooters lyrics.. I could relate to the pain in his life and could relate to alot of the same life experiences.. Hes a talented musician and even better song writer. Cold has pulled me thru some dark times..
Scooter is one of the most awesome singers i have ever heard his words are not just truth but they are healing for those who have been through hell and back i will forever remember and listen to Cold till my dying days
A high school joch living the dream in early 2001 when this song came out. Reminds me of my high school crush who past away this past June of cancer. If only I could of saved her from her illness, LARA rest easy ❤.
I remember the days of mtv2. It was great. I would put it on, get out my sketch pad, and spend hours with good music and imagination taking me away. Good times.
Joston Powell Yeah bro I always googlenews bands i like, I believe I came across that bit of info while searching Korn or Deftones or something, and came across one of those metal sites. You might want to try that from time to time with your guys' bands.
This is the song that started my obsession with these guys. My sister had heard it on A Walk to Remember and said she thought I would like it because I love rock and alt music. She was damn right. Fast forward two years later and they’re my favorite band ever. I love these guys and hope to one day see one of their concerts.
I feel so fortunate, that after all these years, we finally got to see you guys in my weird little hometown of Paris, Texas. Thank you for playing Wasted Years for my brother even though it wasn't on the set list. Thanks for your art and great show!
i Came across Colds record in 2000. at a used record store, took a chance, though the art and such was cool and bought it for like 11.99. Soon became iconic in my library for ever. 13 WAYS to bleed onSTAGE. helped me through shit.
Funny story about this song... So I was born (1981) and raised in Jax FL. Left 5 years ago & now live in Detroit area. Even though I always heard about COLD back home, I never made it a point to go see them. I was way into punk rock then (90s-00s). Fast forward to now, I feel so alone because all my family and friends are in FL and I have no support system where I am now. This song popped in my head so I listened to it on Apple music, then thought I'd watch the video. Here's the funny part: I always imagined the singer to have a head full of super long blonde dreads!! I have no idea why! I guess it's just one of those things where your mind just envisions whatever it wants. So to my shock, he actually looks 100% different than what I pictured in my head. Great song. I listen to it a million times in a row, cry a thousand tears then move on to another song and forget about it until I feel those emotions again and then fall in love all over.
This song is the definition of "nu metal singing": "Lye can't ever really believe, no one was sount tow get mow. Lye feel like im bein erased, no one gout luft here. Lyme all aflone, no one wowz sount tow get mow."
01:06 He keeps saying "no one got left here", but if he would just turn around he would see that there's four other people still there behind him. What a silly goose.
Wow, i remember sneaking backstage at Locobazooka '00 and hanging out with Pete from Ultra spank, Sitting in dope's van with Tripp and Edsel (Yes they had a plain white van and were pulling a U-haul back then) before i found myself leaning against a crate watching dope's set, out of the corner of my eye a skinny bald guy comes over and chills next to me, i hardly budge, we start chit chatting through the whole set about TV shows, music, food, traveling and other random everyday shit before he gets up, put his hand on my shoulder and says "thanks for the chat take it easy brother" i gave him the "you to man" short time later, there he is, on stage... Scooter. to this day, i still kick myself in the ass, but at the same time im kind of happy to have had just the normal everyday conversation. Dude was down to earth, cool as a cucumber and so mellow... ill never forget that day.
Cold seriously is one of those bands that will stand the test of time. The depth of their music goes without merit is truth... but the fans an first timers never let go. Way too many great songs. But this one has hooked many. Well done
Saw Cold when they came to Portland, Maine years ago.. was so excited at the time back in 2002 thinking how awesome this band was.. and then scooter sat on a stool and didn't engage the crowd at all... i got home and ripped th posters off the wall... 13 ways to bleed on stage came out and I hated to say i loved every song... then i got into sevendust and theu are.better live than in studio...
Mox j actually this song is from the scene where he has told her in school when he was with his friends that he would not be hanging out with her to practice his lines after school because he didn't want his friends to know... Then he shows up to her house anyways and after they talked and she says no she slammed the door in his face and as he's walking off the porch he yells dammit and right when her dad walks out this song starts playing and he says sorry and then drives off
This one got me back in 01, living in Charleston SC. A few year later PlayStation gave me Happens all the time and the rest is history. Cold fan for life.
I used to love their songs when they first came out.Watching this video, and the videos for "Stupid Girl",and "Gone Away" blows my mind at just how different a sound and look they have

Refuse to sellout is why they never reached fame & fortune imo.
Fucking A Right About that!
13 ways to bleed... possibly the best rock record in the last 20 years.
There's not a bad song on it. It made my teen years, and now, I appreciate it even more as an adult.
Well I can't ever really believe
No one was sent to get me
And I feel like I'm being erased
No one got left here,
I'm all alone,
No one was sent to get me
I'm all alone, no one got left here
But I'm fine,
No one got left here,
Well I'm fine,
No one got left here,
I can't even breathe when I see,
The pictures sent without you,
And I feel like I'm being erased,
No one got left here
I'm all alone, no one was sent to get me,
I'm all alone, no one got left here,
I'm so sick of this terrible instinct
It's so hard now just to find you
So sick of the terrible instinct,
I can only find you

I can't even drink from a sink

The one band I really want to see come back is Mudvayne. But that is never going to happen now sadly.
Joston Powell Is that official or something? Dude no one pays attention to that other band Chad's in. What are the other band members doing, anything?
In LA back in the late 90's bands like COLD, SYSTEM, SNOT, STATICX and HEDPE ruled sunset. There was a buzz in the air, exciting times.
This is one of my favorite albums from my teens. It got me through some dark times. 🤘🫶✨
